what am i doing with my life

~~~
My phone buzzes, making me look up at the notification. It's on instagram.
*Carson is going live! Watch it before it ends!*
I usually don't watch people's lives on instagram, but I was feeling bored so I decided to click on it.
My laptop was open as I was searching through Stray Kids pictures to use to decorate my phone case. Multitasking works, definitely. (A/N I'm literally watching this live while typing this chapter)
I take a look at my screen, which was playing the live, and I hear loud laughing as I watch in horror.
Carson, and his friend Thomas, were cooking ramen. You would already expect two teenage boys to be irresponsible but these boys were dropping uncooked ramen into a bowl of water.
I heard their laughs loud and clear as I watch Carson put a raw hot dog into the bowl of cold water and uncooked noodles, and put that bowl into the microwave.
"The sausage is raw?" I heard Carson say as he read one of the comments. "Yeah, it'll get cooked in the microwave."
I couldn't keep my eyes off the screen. Who the hell does this?!
I watched them fool around for a couple minutes until Carson walked up to the microwave and took the noodles out. The ramen still looked very, very raw, and he set it out on the table. Thomas took a plate for him and Carson dumped the noodles onto the plate from the bowl, sausage included.
There are so many things he's doing wrong.
1) No one, and I mean NO ONE, cooks a bowl of ramen dumped in water using a microwave. It's unheard of. Normal people use the stove and a pot.
2) You don't dump a RAW sausage with you're uncooked noodles. Disgusting.
3) Who eats noodles from a plate? It's 2019, and you had a freaking bowl in the first place!
4) I'm getting to this and it hurt my eyes to watch.
My eyes were focused on the screen as Carson and Thomas bantered, laughing and talking, randomly switching between Chinese and English.
All of a sudden, Carson held a packet of msg, the one you're supposed to mix in the WATER to make the soup to flavour the noodles.
He opened the packet and dumped the powder onto his noodles, which were now OUT of the water, and started using chopsticks to mix everything in. This was the fourth thing, and I couldn't believe my eyes. What the actual hell was I looking at.
Everyone in the comments were disgusted, and Carson kept laughing and making comments towards Thomas.
"Turn the live off!" I heard Thomas yell from out of frame.
"Stop grabbing my phone! Okay, Okay, I'll turn it off!" Carson focused the camera onto Thomas. "Since he's forcing me to," he pauses, turning his phone to his plate of ramen, "eat this, I'll turn off the live."
I was just putting my phone down when I heard Carson's voice through the phone. He was speaking to Thomas.
"Shouldn't we add some red sauce to this? Some ketchup? Mustard? White sauce?" he laughed.
Gross.
"No! Just eat your noodles!" I heard Thomas yell back at him.
"No, like those sauce for salad. You know?" he asked, finally turning the live off.
~~~

I'm kind of worried how that tasted. He started a live again and showed the empty plate....so I'm worried.

So as I was writing the author's note above, I took a picture of his live for y'all. :) thank me later.
