"Let's go for a night drive", he smirked as he leaned closer to the window waiting for my answer.

"What makes you think I'll go on a drive with you?", I said sarcastically, cocking one eyebrows.

"Come on, we're like 18! Live a little, baby!", he flunked both of his hand on the mid thin air. He scoffed and looked me in the eyes, "Think about it, we haven't hung out since likeㅡ", he stopped and put one finger beside his lips pretending to think just like a casual blonde girl in films

"FOREVER!", he exclaimed just how the blonde girls always did.

Okay, maybe I watched too many films.

"Sheezh, you're overreacting, Jackass", I rolled my eyes and crossing my arms at the same time, "We literally just hung out last Saturday, what makes you think its 'forever' ", I made a quote sign with my fingers.

Then he shrugged as he averted his gaze from me to any random object in the sky he could saw, "Hello? Eyes on here Jacky. Answer me", I smirked knowing that I won this conversation.

Then he let out a long sigh. His blue orbs gazing to mine as he stay silent. It was silence for seconds between us.

He ask you on a date, he ask you on date! How romantic! Just say yes!

You hopeless romantic moron, its just a hang out?! Why must it be involved with love and every disgusting feeling

There it is the voice. Again.

He decided to speak up, "I don't know, Els, it feels like forever to me", he shrugged.

I smiled and nodded, "Yeah, I guess thats how life works". I didn't want it to sound sad, but it eventually came up sound sad.

"So, let's go! What are we waiting for? Let's have some fun!", he ranted like he held hus breath, "Please for old time sake!", Jack's voice pitched.

I scoffed, "Yeah, right, trading a fun night with my father's wrathㅡ I don't think so".

He raised an eyebrow, "As much as I wanted to hang out. I just couldn't, okay? My dad and my mom will be angry at me if they found out", I stated the sad truth.

Then he chuckled and gave me a knowing look, "What? Don't gave me that look! I know you're up to something", I said in disgust.

He smirked, "Unless they didn't know". I pursed my lips and asked back, "Didn't know what?"

"For a smartiepants like you, I can't believe you didn't catch what I said", he chuckled, "What can I say? My life was mostly home and school and work only", I shrugged.

"Get a life", he joked. I laughed at his joke because I remember how much we really looked forward about how life would worked out when we grew up, what would we be when we grew up. I remember Jack used wanted to become astronaut because how much he loves the moon, and I wanted to be- never mind what I wanted to be.

Its all in the past.

The funny thing is, if you asked us what we wanted to be and what we wanted in life, I'm pretty sure I don't even know the answer, and what's even more funnier? I guess life separate us.

People come and go

I rolled my eyes as a respond, "Yeah, I wish. But I can't, okay? And I'm afraid I'm going to bed now, can't hangout with you", I said point blank.

"Wait!", he said before I closed my window ready to go to bed, he went inside to his room and brought a bundle of dark blue fabric and threw it to me.
