March 28: It was a chilly morning, the cool breezes kept everyone covered beneath their warm, thick blankets.

The ring of the messenger notification woke Amy up.

"Hyaa Amy," the message read. "You told yesterday that you wanted to make an ATM card. I can accompany you if you want me to because I have someone I know in the bank, so maybe I can be of some help in getting it done."

"Oh! Well, that would be kind of you. Thank you Jason for your help."

So it was set and they went to the bank to make the ATM Card. They were walking through the steps of the underground Internet Cafe to get the print out of her ID card photocopy. As she walked in front with him following her from behind, she stepped on a card box and then in a jiffy slipped from it. For a moment, the world had turned dark for her and within no seconds, with a "Bang" she had reached the end of the steps - it was the most embarrassing, unforgettable moment of her life. She hastily stood up and made her way inside the cafeteria without even looking back at Jason who stood frozen like an iceberg not having the slighest idea of how to react.

He didn't know what to do, he might have felt like laughing but he didn't and after reaching back to the bank, he asked, "Are you okay, Amy? If you were a little closer to me, then I would have caught you and not let you fall but you were so far." It was his way of telling her that he was sorry for not being able to hold her and she knew what he meant but she changed the topic.

It was the same back in school too, whenever he came near her, she would always try to find an excuse to walk far from him and move to another seat.

"Amy, I am also going that way towards the direction of your home, so let's walk together," he said. There was no way that she would deny him, not after everything that he had done for her. So they walked through the wide road. It was drizzling a little, though it was cold, she felt so warm from within- definitely it was because of the blood that was pumping so fast. She was enjoying the walk with him but was afraid of someone she knows seeing her with a boy.

She wasn't done with her works in the bank and was told to come again the next day. Jason was kind enough to help her out and accompany her. That day, he took her to 'The Burger Point' and treated her.

She was getting to know him better day by day and liked his company very much. She started to develop an interest in knowing about what he liked and disliked and about him. Here is what she wrote in her diary.
    "29.03.2018.
Today was an amazing day. My day commenced at dawn, it was just 5:00 in the morning, and I woke up earlier than the Sun. I was so unusually excited when I woke up this morning, it has never occurred to me before but I started scourging and searching through my closet for a good dress to wear but not finding anything good, went to my sister's closet and finally managed to grab a good pink hoodie. How funny it was but the feeling was good...that I was preparing and dressing up for someone else for the first time.
My Work in the bank is finally over, maybe that would mean a full stop to my going out and getting to meet him, for I will have no reason to tell my mom to go out.

Yet thanks to the ATM that I got an excuse to meet Jason.

Hmm...so seems like he likes milkshake with strawberry flavor on it, he is addicted to coke and it's good that he doesn't take any kind of substance. Listening to music seems to be his everyday routine before going to sleep, he loves watching anime and especially, "One Piece". Playing online games is his passion. Oh, and how can I ever forget about this that he loves chewing gum.

That's it, signing out for the day now.
~

Amy"

Strangely enough, we find her developing a love for music too, she even started to watch anime, and whenever she went out, she would only drink a strawberry flavored milkshake.

He kept asking her out for walks and she kept on declining with a million excuses, and in doing so, she learned to make excuses and tell little lies too.

The stars were bright and twinkling in the sky, as Amy did her usual prayers and rested her head upon the pillow to retire for the long day she had, her messenger notification rang. It was a message from Jason. As she read the meassages word by word, she could sense heavy streams of warm blood flowing all over her heart till the top and toe - she felt happiness like never before and the spark in her eyes as she read it over and over again was no more than the stars twinkling.

At the other end of the phone, Jason waited patiently, with his fingers crossed and wondering what her answer would be.

Tring...the alarm clock beeped, it was morning already. Jason had fallen asleep with the phone in his hand and his fingers still crossed. As his sleep finally ran away, he quickly checked his phone.
"Oh no, Amy might have texted me, she might have gotten angry now. How could I fall asleep?" he said to himself.

"There is no reply!" There was no reply. After what seemed like two years, Jason finally confessed his feelings towards her but the answer that he got was but a silence, a hurtful silence.
