Chapter 35: The Light of Judgment

Seishiro's POV
Captain laugh so proudly. "If you concentrate like that, you can sense the ki of natural objects, too!" Captain said. "That way, you'll never get killed by stuff like falling rocks." Captian added.

"Kis is awsome! Hooray for ki! Ki is the best!" Asta said. I just side comment to them. "You got some time to lecture and praise like that." I said. "Who do you think you are?" Valtos said. "All right! Now take it up a notch and go after the white-haired dude with the round eyebrows!" Captain ordered Asta, or am I along with it? "What?!" We both reacted. "What's with the nickname?! And I tell you the second time that he's Litch!" I added.

"Actually, I think I could do that right now. All right! Because of my ki, I'm enthusiastic, emergent, and confident! Hope you're ready, Round Brows!" Asta said while walking forward. I just felt my self got pissed to the nickname. It's fine Litch became our enemy but I can't let them call him in that nickname.

Asta laugh but I kick him in unision with Uncle. Of course I can tell he's still no match for Litch alone. "Actually, scratch that." Captain said. "He's not round brows!" I added. "What?!" Asta said to us.

Asta's POV
O was shocked when both Captain Yami and Sei kick me from the back. These guys really are more like father and son! They have a huge similarities of a father-son relation! Not just their glares but lot's of it!

"I told him that I'd show him the power of a captain, so I'll do it. Plus, if  you did it, you'd die." Yami tanjou said. Seishiro look at him. "So you still remember your word on him. Also, I agree to Uncle." Seishiro said. Then I reasoned "But then what am I supposed do to with all this extra energy?!" I ask. "Not my problem." Yami tanjou said. "In the future." Seishiro said.

"You can tackle that scrawny line-faced dude." Yami tanjou said. "His Valtos for the third or second time." Seishoro commented. "Then, help Asta to beat that line-face dude." Yami tanjou ordered. Seishiri sigh and nod. Then Yami tanjou started to show his strength.

"Now, then... It's been a while since I've let loose." Yami tanjou said becoming even more scary. Then tackle towards Round brows. "Sorry, but I have to broke this." Sei told us. Then he showed the cross with sipver and gold color. He broke the cross but the crystal in the middle was left. Then he use his magic to break the crystal.

"Sorry, Valtos." Seishiro said. He suddenly have the same cold air when I remove the curse on him. Then he tackled over the line-face dude. I watch the two relatives fight. Yami tanjou broke the land but the round brows dodge. Mean while Valtos have a hard time to defending for Sei's attack.

Could it be that their only weakness was Sei? "Valtos. Like it or not. I broke the sign of our promise. I'm no longer in your side, so please tell Litch I'm sorry. Even my past with him. I can't remeber all of it. So, give up for now and face us next time." I heard Seishiro said those words.

"LaーMaster Seishiro. I understand you want to apologize. But we won't give up here, not now that we have the opportunity to get you." Valtos said and smile. Seishiro... it's the first time I saw him have a fear in his eyes. Like he let his guard down and regret it. But then he vanished and shiwed up from Valto's back. "Asta!" He called. Then I fight along with sei.

3rd POV
Litch and Yami fight again. The light came to Yami like a meteor shower but Yami manage to defend. He then use his dark magic in his Katana to slice a huge one, then started to tackle towards Litch and tried to slice him but Litch manage to dodge.  The light sword came over him, but Yami still manage to save himself thanks to Seishiro who strengthen his dark magic when the rocks fell on them.
