I was amazed by the skills Lori did. She was just as skillful as a Holy Warrior. Before I could even introduce, she answered it for me, “Elle, daughter of Ellis the great Witch are you?”

“I am.”

Lori smiled at me while Violin came in distress. A pang of guilt swelled down in my heart. I tried to collect the glasses that shattered around the room. Violin stopped me, and I saw the old Violin that ran away with me under a sky full of stars.

“I’ll do the cleaning up don’t worry,” Lori said.

“I’ll help her,” Edelweiss followed. They grouped up and swept the floor.

“We can’t go like this forever. I’ll talk to Yvonne; the head of Holy Warrior, if it goes like this. Hopefully, she would help me prove that you’re innocent,” Violin informed.

“Yvonne?” Edelweiss’s ears were aware of the name. “Help isn’t in her dictionary you know.”

“Well I’ll buy her a new dictionary then.”

Violin’s POV

I knew that saving Elle was the only choice this time. Well, it was actually a choice that I decided. Indigo was her guy, and I wasn’t. I was actually aware of that. But being loved back wasn’t the main priority, saving her is.

I opened the double doors that led to Yvonne’s office. Her office was even bigger than mine. Her office barely had a chair; it was filled with high bookshelves with the finest wood that ever existed. She hardly moved from a place in her office either, which was on top of the bookshelf, and I found her in the exact place.

“What brings you here, Violin the Mortal?” her narrow eyes spotted me. She jumped off; letting her Victorian gown tangled around her beautifully.

“Lady Yvonne,” I bowed down. “I know this might sound absurd to you, but I sincerely need your help, Lady.”

She landed and walked towards me and eyed me from head to toe. She closed her eyes and simply read my mind.

“Is it about the young lady, Elle?” she whispered. I nodded. “She is a special one. Just like a diamond. But fear not, she is also as sly as a fox and as strong as a horse.”

Her words were like riddles to my ears. Was it supposed to be riddles? I don't even know. “You get what you want,” she squinted.

“I thought you can read the future.”

“I can. But why would I tell you? I am the Lady Yvonne. Know your place.”

I guess I couldn’t buy her a new dictionary after all.

Author’s note: Sorry this chapter is short and there’s not much going on.  But Lori and Yvonne are the new characters here, and they will keep contributing in the upcoming chapters. I will update tomorrow too :) So... what do you think about Yvonne?
