Fireday, Stasis Week, Storm Season, 1600

I depart upon the morrow. Fazzur has signed a warrant that will allow me to travel freely within any part of the Empire without being questioned. This document will greatly assist my travels through Tarsh; the Lunar's are a most bureaucratic people. Fazzur has treated me with great respect; truly do I call him friend. My plan is to travel to Slavewall in much the same way that I did when traveling with the Storm Bulls, by barge to Heruvernalda and then by road to Goldedge and then through the Pig pass to Slavewall. This time I will travel faster, for I had purchased a horse for the journey.

One thought persists in my mind. Were my Master's killers able to determine the location of the treasure they sought from his notes? That they sought to kill me for my Master's Truestone would suggest otherwise. But if that were the case, they would continue to search for me in order to obtain the Truestone. Were they aware that I was in the Lunar military camp? I had left enough clues to reach this conclusion. Would they be waiting for me when I left the camp to travel south to Jonstown? I hope so, for I intend on killing them all. But, should they not come for me, I shall come for them.
