Chapter 4: Night

Haley's POV

I drove back home feeling worried for Shawn. He acted so weird before i left.

*flashback*

"All I seen was darkness"

My breath hitched as i thought about what he said, darkness? All the lights were on!

Suddenly Wrecking Ball came on and soon all those thoughts were gone and i was jaming out.

"I will always want you.....I CAME IN LIKE A WRECKING BALL!"

I sang as I parked my car in the driveway, I walked up the stairs and into the house.

"Hello" I yelled through the house, I began to panick as I couldn't find Shawn.

I walked into the living room and sighed in relief to see my adorable boyfriend laying lazily across the couch.
His lips were parted and soft snores came from his mouth, his brown hair hanging over his forehead.

I walked over and pecked his soft lips.

"Haley?" A soft voice whispered as i walked away, I turned around to see Shawn rubbing his eyes from sleep.

"Hey handsome" I laughed sitting on the arm of the couch.
"Come here" He said and hugged me tight, weird.

"Babe are you ok?" I asked once we pulled away.
"Perfect! I just missed my girl" He sleeply mumbled smiling.
"I was only gone for an hour!" I laughed.
"Oh" he said looking off, I giggled.

I lay down and pulled the covers over my head, I turned over to see Shawn on twitter. I rolled my eyes.
"What? I gotta update" He said and i just laughed.
"Your on that thing 24/7!" I said rolling back over.
"So?" He mumbled.

BANG

We both jolted up.
"Holy shit what was that!" I gasped.
"I-I don't know" He stuttered.

"Stay here" He whispered after a moment of silence.
He got out of bed and walked to the door, twisting the doorknob.

I sat there with my eyes as wide as saucers.

Shawn's POV

I walked downstairs.
My heart beat quickened as i reached the bottom step.
Ok, ok a cat definatly did NOT make that noise" I whispered to myself.

I walked into the living room.
I felt a presence behind me, I turned around, no one.

A heavy breathing sound filled the air.
What. The. Hell.
"Im right here" A whisper filled my head.
"Shut up, shut up!" I yelled putting my hands to my ears
"And why should I?" It whispered again.
"Ok i don't know who the hell you are but GET OUT!" I groaned frustrated.

"NO!" It yelled and i dropped to the ground, eveything went black.
