Y/n: "Mmmm." I groaned while trying to open my eyes and moving. My body ached and it was like I never moved for a month.

My eyes started to open and it was blurry. I scratched my eyes a little, and my vision was a little better. I was looking at the cealing of a room. Actually, it was my room in the capital.

I started to push myself up with my arms to sit up, but it was a little difficult. I managed to sit up and I was using my arms for support. 'Urgh, what happened?' I asked myself. Then, everything came to me.

The trip to Fake Mountain, Esdeath torturing or punishing me for disrespecting her, us fighting those creatures, me saving Esdeath's skin, and using my Imperial Arm. "Oh, now I remember." I said out loud with realization and tired tone.

CAW

I looked to the window and saw the crow staring at me. I sighed and shook my head.

Y/n: "Do you know how long have I been out?" It nodded. "Are you planning on telling me?" It shrugged. I sighed again. "Sure, like you can speak to me."

???: "Actually, if you listen carefully then you can hear everything." A male voice was heard from the crow. My eyes widened, I started to move my head towards the crow slowly.

Y/n: "D-Did you just... talk?" I said nervous while pointing at him.

Crow: "Oh for Death's sake, this human can ki- Wait, did you understood me?" It tilted his head to each side to look at me. I started to pant and get away from the crow. "You-you actually understood me!" He said very excited. I stood up, forgetting about my body ache.

Y/n: "Stay away. Stay AWAY!" I was stumbling in my room, until I tripped on something.

Crow: "He finally started to understand me, and what I get is a stupid reaction. Why did Drako Auditore made the protagonist like that?" The crow sighed. (A/n: *flip off to the crow* My story deal with it!)

Y/n: "How can you talk? Tell me or I'll have to-"

Crow: "To what, Y/n?" The crow flew towards me and landed on the small table right in front of me. "To kill me? If you do, then you won't have anyone to help you on your journey."

Y/n: "What do you mean?" I asked while trying to figure out how can I understand him.

Crow: "Listen kid, I'm not suppose to be here, but the reason I'm here are for two reasons." He showed two fingers with his talons. "One, I'm sort of your guide. I help you on your journey and show you that something bad will happen, or more precisely, death."

Y/n: "Like the one with Sheele." I guessed.

Crow: "Bulat, Ogre, Zanku, the soldiers in the woods. I've been there your entire life since the day you were born. You just never noticed until I appeared more times to warn you." I nodded, remembering everytime this guy appeared. "And the reason why you can understand me is because your Imperial Arm is growing stronger. Also, I am connected to it, in a way." I got confused.

Y/n: "What? Hold up-"

Crow: "Going back to topic," He interrupted me. "The second reason I'm here, is because some dumbass genius decided to make me your guide, and be able to support you because he doesn't want you to suffer all those death." (A/n: *flip off again* Be glad I considered to make you or not at all.) "Anyways, I'm here to help. That's all that matters."

Y/n: "Yeah, already know that. Thanks by the way." The crow nodded. He looked at the door, then turned around and flew towards the window. He landed on the edge of it.

Crow: "Just in case, be ready for the knocking, and also that girl from the bar, she was really sad when she saw you being taken. She went to her home, and stayed there. Today was like nothing happened." My mind went to Kyoko.
