There's this kid who does great things. He draws. He writes. He helps people. He plays music. He always wants to do the right thing.
He's smart and creative and witty... Attributes he was proud of.
Every now and then there were bumps on the road that knocked him down, but he managed to get back up. He was realistic and rational, so he never gave up no matter how hard it got because he knew those problems would be soon over.
Then suddenly, a whole building crumbled and crushed him. He could move, but he struggled. Eventually, he got out, but he wasn't the same. Boulders he could once lift would knock him down quick. It took longer to get up. Everything was suddenly so heavy and he didn't know why.
Why is he suddenly so inferior? There was no reason to be? There was no major cause. He's supposed to be able to do these things with ease...
Why did everything suddenly get hard?
He pushed himself and it just got worse. No improvement.
And he couldn't rest. There was no break long enough that could replenish the energy he so desperately needs.
I just want to get away from my house and find some place to rest. I'm so exhausted.
