Count every blessing —
This will make,
Your depression, lessen and lessen!
Think about all the things, the tiniest things for which you can give thanks!
Thank God and thank others;
We all have so much!
Many have so little!
In thankfulness, there is unselfishness!
In ungratefulness, there is worry and even anger for the things we don't have —
It's easy to think of all the things we feel we should have and forget what we already have.
Forget ungratefulness;
Give up unthankfulness and EMBRACE PRAISE —
And be thankful!
From this moment on,
Do not begin a day without thanking God for the very breath of life that you have;
In thankfulness there is great beauty and happiness!
