Jungkook walked through the garden of his campus. He sighed and sat down on near bench, closing his eyes.
He was beyond tired, and also pretty hungry, if you ask his growling stomach. He groaned and stood up after a few moments, making his way towards school cafeteria. Soon enough he sat again at the table in the corner of the room, where he was out of everyone's sight.
At least he hoped so.
"Hey, Kook", a tall boy with dark, kind eyes said coming over to him, also known as Yugyeom. "Mind if I join you?"
Even though he was one of his good friends, Jungkook really wanted to be alone now. But he nodded yes, since it would be rude to decline.
"You look tired. Don't tell me you studied all night, again."
"Then I won't say anything", he mumbled with full mouth, making the other boy groan.
"I told you to stop doing that. You already have good grades. Don't ruin your health just because you can't satisfy certain people. You're the best in our class, what more do they want?" Yugyeom said with anger.
"Be quiet", Jungkook whispered, looking around him to see if anyone's listening. The other rolled his eyes.
"No one cares anyway. It's not like they would know what that means either. I'm just trying to help you", he said with a soft voice, making Jungkook smile.
"Thanks Yugyeom. It's just that... if he can be proud of Jimin, he can be proud of me too. I can't disappoint my family. Those are the last exams before the end of semester anyways, so it will be over soon."
"Oh yeah, what are you planning to do in summer? I almost forgot that this is the last week."
Jungkook thought for a moment. "I'm not sure, I didn't plan anything special. Probably read comics or play some games, since I don't have anything better to do. What about you?"
Yugyeom sighed. "I'll be assisting in some laboratory back in Seoul, since my dad already made a deal with them. He thinks it will be good for me to get some experience before finishing college."
"He's right, it will be easier for you later. And you probably miss home."
He smiled. "Yeah, I miss Korea. It's a shame you haven't been there. If you want you could come and I'll show you around. Your father already taught you the language and all about his origin country, so why not?"
Jungkook shrugged. "I really want to. But I don't think they'll let me. I said I won't do anything earlier, but I have a feeling dad already made a plan for my summer."
"That sucks", Yugyeom said, frowning.
The other laughed, showing his bunny teeth. "Yeah, I guess. And since you're going there again, bring me some banana milk. It was good."
