~Louis' POV~

For about two weeks, all we do is plan. What we'll do if we find Trent, what we'll do if we don't, what we'll do if he finds us. All of us are watching our backs, staying together and making sure someone is always with Harry, which isn't a problem because he won't let us leave him alone. Even at night, he sleeps in Liam's room and insists that I sleep in Zayn's. He doesn't want me to get hurt again. Nothing very interesting has happened, but I feel like it will soon, because I think that all the time we've spent planning has been used by Trent, and he's been planning as well. And honestly his plan is probably much better than our's.

"Louis, will you stay here with Harry? I'm going to go talk to Simon and management." Liam says, walking into my bedroom with Harry on his tail. I nod and Liam leaves, joining Zayn for the meeting with management about Trent and our tour. They're starting to get annoyed at Harry.

Speaking of which, Harry stands uncomfortably in the doorway for a while, looking at me, unsure. His eyes are asking if it's okay for him to come in, something that I hate. He still thinks that I should be mad at him, so he's always shy around me. We were best friends, but now he isn't even sure if he can come into my room.

"Harry, come sit down." I say, all the encouragement my friend needs to walk over and sit on the bed. I hear a door slam shut downstairs and Harry grabs my arm, on edge as always. "It's probably just Liam and Zayn leaving." I reassure the nervous boy, who smiles and pushes some of his hair out of his eyes. His curls are getting pretty long, he could use a haircut, but I don't think he'd be up to it. A stranger with sharp objects near his head, or even Lou, doesn't seem like a good idea.

"Louis, Harry, want some lunch?" Niall calls from downstairs. Liam has decided that in addition to never letting Harry be alone, Harry and I can't be together without anyone else. He thinks that Trent is targeting the two of us specifically, so he won't let us be by ourselves. He's probably right, too. While Greg targeted all of us, Trent seems to find joy in tormenting Harry and I specifically.

"Come down and eat!" Niall calls, pulling me from my dark thoughts. I've been spending a lot of my time lost in a dream world, never really paying attention to anything around me. Probably not the best thing to do in the situation, but I really can't help it.

"We're coming!" I yell back, standing up and walking down the stairs, Harry right behind me. We enter the kitchen to find Niall sitting at the table, eating a turkey sandwich. Two of the empty seats have plates in front of them, one with Harry's favorite sandwich and one with mine. Apparently Niall has everyone's favorite sandwich fillings memorized.

"Thanks Niall." I say, sitting down. Harry smiles, taking his own seat, and the two of us start to eat as well. Everyone is silent as we eat, but for once the silence is comfortable. It feels almost normal, something that we haven't felt for a long time. Everything remotely normal that we had left was thrown out the window when Greg came around, but times like this make me remember when we were just a few new friends awaiting the next live show on the X-Factor. I miss those days.

~Liam's POV~

You know that feeling you get when something is about to go very wrong? That's the feeling I get the second I walk into the meeting room. Zayn must feel the same way, because he looks at me nervously before taking a seat. I hesitate but sit down anyways, praying that my gut is wrong. But when has it ever been?

"Hello Liam, Zayn." Martha, once again a random member of management taking her turn to rule our lives, says once we're both seated. "You two the only ones?" She asks curiously, frowning when Zayn and I nod. "This meeting was called for all of you." She insists, and I sigh.

"Harry is terrified of coming here and you know it, Louis volunteered to stay with him, and Niall is watching Amy." I explain, wondering why she cares so much.

"I guess you two will have to tell the others yourselves, then." Martha gives in, getting back on topic. "You're going to leave for your tour in three days." She says simply, while Zayn and I stare at her.

"How? We don't have Harry!" Zayn immediately protests.

"He'll be going with you." Some man says, crossing his arms.

"Why?" I ask, groaning.

"You've pushed this tour back for too long. You are going whether you like it or not, so stop arguing before I have to resort to other means of gaining publicity." Zayn and I are quiet at this, thinking about Harry's past girlfriends, the ones who were purely there to get attention for both us and them. Harry hates it, we hate it, and I'm pretty sure most of our fans hate it too, but if we don't cooperate one of the rest of us will probably be stuck with a slutty girlfriend or a stuck-up singer as well. "Start packing." Martha says, dismissing us. Zayn and I stand and leave, walking down the hallway in silence. I shudder when I finally realize where we are, remembering my friends begging me to stay, then the frantic phone call that started this whole mess. One things I've always wondered is: What would have happened if I had gotten on my flight?

"Tour?" Louis repeats, just as shocked as Zayn and I were. I nod, sighing and leaning back on my chair.

"We tried to convince them that it was a bad idea, but no one would listen." Zayn says, looking at Harry, who is watching all of us with wide eyes.

"I can see their reasoning, though." I say after a while, getting everyone to look at me in curiosity. "We all know Trent is planning something, but with us constantly being shuttled around, he doesn't have much of an opportunity to strike. We'll almost always be together, so he won't be able to get us alone. Plus, as much as a hate to admit it, we really have been pushing this tour back too long." Louis, Niall, and Zayn all nod, but Harry still seems a bit hesitant.

"We'll also be surrounded by guards like 24/7, Harry. This is probably the safest thing we can do." Louis says, and Harry finally nods.

"I guess we should start packing, huh." Niall grumbles, annoyed by the prospect of constantly moving around with the threat of Trent still lingering. I know I've convinced all of them that this is a good idea, but that feeling is still in my stomach, and it isn't leaving. It seems like a good idea, but it could also be the worst idea we've ever had. Only one way to find out.
