The midwife placed our son into my arms. "He's a gorgeous baby Mrs. Miranda." she said. I looked down at Liam. His eyes locked with mine. His beautiful brown eyes stared up at me. The realization hit me that this was my own baby boy. "Lin, thank you for giving us this prize." I said looking up at him with love filled eyes.
"It was a team effort Wife. We produced him together." He said kissing me. "And now we'll raise him together." I said. I looked down at our son, now suckling at my breast, and sighed contentedly. "You will come of age with our young nation..."
