We climbed into his black truck and I buckled my seatbelt, and took one last deep breath. I know Caleb was going to be there. I don't know why he still gets under my skin like this. It's been so log but the silence had never been so loud. It's became a contest about who cares less. I mentally smacked myself before I let my depression and guilt take over. I stuck my hand into my purse and dug around until I pulled out a tube of red lipstick. I carefully applied it and sighed. Isaac must've noticed because he wouldn't quit looking at me. "Are you sure you're okay?" He ask in a very slow voice which caused each syllable to rip my heart a little more. "I'm fine" I lied. I had goosebumps and I was terrified of this road. I slid my hand under his and he rubbed his thumb across my knuckles. It was such a innocent and relaxing gesture compared to what happened 10 minutes ago. I let go of the breath I didn't know I was holding and my spine had a rush of chills shoot through it. I felt like I had just been struck by lightening. "Holy shit, I literally felt a spark of pain shoot down my back. What the hell.?" Isaac immediately turned on the turn signal and I leaned over him and turned it off. His eyes never left the road, but I'm sure he was worried. My phone buzzed serval times before I slid my phone out of my pocket to check my texts. • Mia (3)• I looked at Isaac and ask him how much longer of a drive it was. "About 6 minutes normally, but if you don't stop looking at me with those innocent eyes I'll pull over and show you how in innocent I can be." I licked my teeth and his hand drifted over to my thigh. I couldn't help but enjoy it. Yes we were already late, no I did not care. I leaned over and kissed his cheek, leaving a subtle shiny transparent kissy mark. Before I knew it, we were pulling into Mia's driveway and I was unbuckling my seatbelt. I got out of the car and walked along the gravel sidewalk. Isaac interlaced his fingers with mine and knocked on the door. John came to the door, rolled his eyes, and said "they're all outback. Leave your shoes by the door.... Or not because I really don't care." Isaac wrapped his arm around me and we walked through the living room and straight through the back door. Everyone was outside in the pool. Except Lexi, John, Britney, and Caleb. That's just my luck. I slid off my khakis and nirvana shirt to reveal my lovely bikini. It was a strapless galaxy print pattern that had small ties on each side of your hips. Several mouths dropped when they seen my tattoo. Everyone knew about my belly button ring, but I had hid the tattoo from Caleb for 5 weeks. It was a very detailed skull wearing a black ripped lace wedding veil. I gave Isaac a few seconds to take off his pants. Since everyone was already watching I jumped up and wrapped my legs around his waist before kissing him. It was a very deep but still fast kiss. The passion was burning so bright that I couldn't breath. The air became thick between me and Caleb I could almost cut it with a knife. I bent over and kissed him before jumping into the pool while Caleb's jaw was on the grass.
