I stood in shock. He wants to take me home..in..in his..CAR! I started blushing "uh sure..Wait your not a murderer are you?" I put my hands on my hip smirking. "well I guess you'll just have to find out." he says opening the passenger car door, " This way m'lady." He says jokingly. As we are driving there is this awkward silence while inside my head i'm screaming. I take a couple glances at him while he's driving HE LOOKS SO CUTE WHEN HE FOCUSES AWHSHSNS AND WHEN HE TAKES A TURN ON THE STREET GOD ALL MIGHTY!

I couldn't stand the silence so i'm trying to find any topics BESIDES the weather. "so I noticed you have a cat." I turn to glance at him well..his jawline. "yeah her name is Hazel she just turned 2 months yesterday and..wait how do you know I have a cat?" My face grew hot dammit clementine how the freaking frick are supposed to explain that?? " I uh saw it on your home screen. I wasn't stalking you or going through your phone it was when I put my number in your phone." I nervously chuckled I'm pretty sure he could tell I was nervous
"oh stop right here. This is my house." I open the passenger door one foot out the car when he grabs my wrist. "No goodbye kiss?" he smirks one hand holding mine the other gripping the steering wheel. "nope no goodbye kiss but thanks for the ride." I rolled my eyes while chuckling fully getting out of the car. I close the door and start walking up to my door. I can't hear anyone driving off I started to wonder why he was still here but to afraid to turn around, "hey clemster, we were serious about this weekend. You are apart of our group now so you better come to Marlon's." I turn around and shrugged my shoulders with a grin and walk into my house.

"Dad?..hel-" I stop myself remembering he has work and realizing i'm not going to see him as much as I used to. I look down at the time and realize AJ got home from school an hour ago. I don't really worry about him anymore He's 12 and a 'teenager' and he's become very independent. I do miss our brother and sister bond when he was younger I was his hero, now i'm just his annoying older sister and he's just my immature, childish younger brother. I walk upstairs to AJ's door I start hearing moaning and groans.
"Aj...uhh..whatcha do AHHHSJSKSKKSEUA!!" I slam the door only to hear AJ in his room yelling.
"CLEM KNOCK PLEASE GOD JESUS." He yells through the door.
"I'm SORRY I DIDN'T THINK ABOUT- HOW DO YOU EVEN KNOW.. you know what i don't even want to know i'm going to just go in my room and we'll forget that even happened." I walk to my room in disgust. He's twelve and masturbating. That- EW! great clementine way to burn a horrible memory in your mind. AJ.. is not AJ anymore. He's- ugh I can't even think about this anymore.

I open my door and hook my backpack on my closet door. I jump on my bed taking up every little space you can see and relax. The first day wasn't so bad clem you got to meet a lot of people and you met Louis. I start blushing at the thought of Louis. Which was weird because I never blush FOR ANYONE but Louis he's..different.

While i'm thinking about him I get a text from him.

After finishing all of my homework I realized how late it was and how me and AJ haven't eaten since we got home. Dad is leaving on a 'last minute' business trip so it looks like it's going to be pizza and chinese for a couple days. I walk out my room and slowly open AJ's door only to see him sound asleep with Shane dawson on his TV covering the fake moon landing. I roll my eyes laughing because I introduced him to shane in the first place and close his door quietly. I make my way down the hall and slowly go down the stairs trying to avoid the the creaking sound the steps make. Since AJ is asleep I just make cereal and sit down on the island while I hear a Knock on the door. I jump out the chair wondering who could it be. I walk to the door and grab the bat by the shoe rack because you could never be too careful. I grab the door nob with one had while the other is tightening its grip on the bat I quickly open the door ready to Attack.
"AHHHEeeeek" I hear a girly scream
"OH. MY. GOD. LOUIS YOU FUCKING SCARED ME!!" I say still holding the bat.
"I SCARED YOU?!?! You're the one holding a bat!" he says pointing at the bat like it's some kind of vicious dog. I chuckled putting the bat down "Your at my house at 11 o' clock did I leave such a good impression that you came back for more?" I smirked. "no..I mean good impression yes but no that's not the reason I came." he looked down at his shoes his bubbly funny mood changed to a sad despondent one. "hey what happened? Here come inside it's warmer." I say fully opening the door for him.

As he walks in he keeps his head down I close the door and turn around to him waiting him to explain. "my parents..they were well they are in a argument and I don't know I just couldn't stay there anymore. I'm sorry I didn't know where else to go it's just I don't know I got in my car and suddenly ended up here." Finally making eye contact with me I never realized how tall he was until now. I looked into his eyes and funnily understood him. He's that person you meet who's always laughing, always smiling just to cover the pain just to distract themselves even for a second Just to forget they're sadness. "Louis..I know we haven't known each other for a long time but i'm glad you came here. I guess this makes you my first actual friend here. I chuckle "you can stay here if you want my dad is on a business trip and my brother is upstairs sleeping." I say with a smile I really wouldn't mind him staying and from the looks of it, it would probably be the best option right now. "thanks clementine but you don't have to-" I cut him off "it's fine i'll go get some pillows and blankets" I walk upstairs to the hall closet. should I ask what his parents were arguing about? no clementine don't be nosy and don't be stupid tonight just give him the blankets ask him if he wants to talk or hangout for a little and if he doesn't then just go to sleep. easy. no biggie. it's not like there is a cute , tall , guy in your living room. just breathe.
