2. Lui the Monkey

Lui's pov

How did end up here. Why I'm in a fucking zoo! I hate this. I need to get out of here! I was in the cage with other monkeys I ignored. They were doing entertainment for the people. I laid on the very top where you can barely notice me. I was sad and scared really. All I remember was last night was I was hanging around with the guys until a van popped up and throw us all in. I really hated that. I laid there for a long time till.

"David why do you have to drag me to the zooooo.... I'm tired...... I want to go home......"

"Aindreas you can survive. Plus, you said you would help me in the zoo. We promised Carla we would since both her workers were on vacation and we would take their place. Today's the last day ok. All we need to do is feed the monkey's, change, say bye to auntie and off we go. Ok?" I looked down to see the cage open. I was going to break for it till they ran inside.

"Ok come here monkeys I got y'all food!" They all ran to the men. I just laid there, ignoring them. My stomach growled. Next thing I knew, a banana was in front of my face.

"Come on little guy you have to eat. You look new here since you didn't run for food."

"He sure is new. Found him this morning. Pretty much it looks like he doesn't like the attention. He seems cautions I guess. He's not getting along with the other monkeys. Aindreas sweetie can you take him out and bring him to the infirmary. I'll there in a bit," she said before leaving. I looked up to see piercing green eyes. I was hypnotized by them. I could stare at them for hours until I was lifted. I squirmed out of his grip and climbed up.

"This monkey is going to be a fooking pain."

"Easy on the curse words Aindreas. Zoo is still open remember. I don't parents complaining that their kids learned curse words here."

Aindreas climbed up to the corner I was in "Come here monkey," he said going in to grab me, but before he could I jumped away. I grabbed the swing hard to go to the next, but I missed. I was falling. I closed my eyes to get ready for impact. It didn't come. I opened my eyes again to see those bright green eyes I loved so much. "Well that work, until it squirms again to climb up." They looked at me waiting. I snuggled close to Nogla's chest feeling safe with him. "How come it's not running away from you?!"

"Maybe because I didn't scare him half to death trying to catch him. You know monkeys have feeling to?" Nogla said holding me in his arms. "Ok let's go to the infirmary to see what Aunt Carla is planning."

After 10 minutes we were finally here now waiting for Noglas aunt to come. While we were waiting Nogla started to play with me. Stop it! I tried saying, but all that came out was a monkey sound until he scratched me right under my neck to the left. O my god it felt so good I fell right into his arms. He chuckled a little. O my god that jerk. I turned to face him since he was holding me like a baby. He scratched me again in the exact same spot making me fall for it again and again. He then started to play with my hands and I enjoyed it. Aindreas was sitting down playing on his phone bored. Nogla looked at him sighing. "That boy should really have a break from that phone." That gave me an idea. I jumped off Nogla going to the cage that was next to Aindreas. I used my tail to grab his phone

"Hey?!" He looked at me trying to get it back. "Give it back fookin' monkey?!" He said to me angrily. It scared me. I jumped on to David for protection. He huddled close to me. "Aindreas your scaring him. You didn't have to yell at him he was just playing around," Nogla said glaring at him. He signed in defeat. "Ok I'm sorry little monkey." I accepted his apology and raised my tail up to give him his phone. He gladly took it and petted me as a thank you and sorry. He went back to his chair and played back on his phone. Nogla looked at me and asked, "Are you ok little guy? I won't let anything happen to you ok, I promise." I was happy about that. I nudged right under his neck. I felt safe around Nogla. Wait if I'm with Nogla that means I'm in Ireland! Next, Nogla's aunt came in. "Sorry, I took longer than I expected. Ok Nogla put him in the cage and Aindreas dear, get one of those tags on the cabinet." Nogla did, while Aindreas went to get the tag. I was so confused. Nogla started to play with me through the bars. I was happy and kept playing with his hands. Carla was writing something. "Aunt Carla what are you doing?" Aindreas asked her.
