"Mom i'm leaving, joel is here to pick me up" I always have to inform this women of my whereabouts due to the fact that she worries constantly.

"Okay honey don't be out too late" stepping out of my house I ran into the arms of my dream man.

"Hey baby I missed you" ugh god knows how much I miss him when he isn't around. "Where are we going handsome?"

"It's a surprise angel hang on". After a half an hour car ride we pulled up to the beach in gorgeous NewPort just as the sun was setting and Joel pulled out a picnic basket. "Aw babe you are too cute"

"anything to make you happy baby always" In that moment I never felt happier.That evening couldn't have ended more magically we sat for hours on the beach in the warm sand on a hot summer day, made love and talked about the most silliest things.

"I love you joel more than you'll ever know" he stared into my eyes for about twenty second until he finally said "I love you more my angel baby always and forever." Little did I know that my forever would end so soon.

The next day I woke up happier than ever reminiscing about the night before, right before heading downstairs I checked my phone and saw I had three missed calls from Joel so I decided to call him back. After a few rings he finally picked up the phone " Hey babe" I said very cheerfully.

"Uhm hey Nic we need to talk" that second I had a nasty gut feeling that my life was about to change.

I decided to meet with Joel at the park near my house, once I got there I spotted him sitting on a bench across the play area waiting for me. I quickly ran to him and gave him a tight hug but as soon as I did he pushed me away.

"What's wrong?" I asked, "Nicky I can't be with you anymore." I thought I was hearing things because I couldn't bring myself to believe the words that just came out of his mouth.

"Excuse me what did you just say?" he just stood there staring at me until he finally replied with "baby i'm so sorry I just don't feel the same about you as I use too."

"Baby? Really? Don't you ever call me that again I hate you Joel I hate you so much!."

"I know nicky and I can't blame you just know that I will never stop caring for you."

"What about the last three years of being together you can't just leave me without an explanation I screamed at him." I couldn't believe what was happening how was this even possible?.

"J yesterday we had an amazing time together what the hell could have happened in the past 24 hours that made you hate me so much to the point where you want to leave me?."

"I don't hate you I never will but I'm sorry Nicole, please have a good life you deserve it." Then he walked away leaving me with a thousand questions and a broken heart that will probably never fully heal.
