Third POV

"Excuse me," Emmett spoke into the mic.

"Is this on? Hello?" Emmett tries once again. Someone decided to wolf-whistle in the back, and that made Lily laugh.

"Umm, I'd like to propose a toast. To my new sister. Bella, I hope you've gotten enough sleep these last 18 years. 'Cause you won't be getting any more for a while." Emmett ends his speech with a chuckle and all of the Cullens, including Lily, were laughing at the inside joke.

Soon, after Jessica, Charlie, and Renee went, it was time for Lily's speech.

"Hi everyone, for those who don't know me, I'm Lily. I'm Bella's cousin, well, adopted cousin. When I first met Edward, it was last week, and I kicked his ass for proposing to Bella. He took every hit that I had, that was when I knew that he loved her. He would take any this that needs, so long as he gets Bella in the end. As for Bella, I knew you loved him from the start. Whenever you told me about him, the up and downs, the tears and happiness, I always saw the same sparkle in your eyes. That sparkle showed the love and the future that you would share together. I hope that you and Edward have an amazing life, and I wish you all the happiness in the world," Lily ended. Everyone clapped for Lily, and Carlisle felt happy that his mate felt happy.

Suddenly, Lily looked up at the moon, and her eyes widened in fear. She rushed down as people clapped, and made it into the forest. Since all the speeches were finished, all the Cullens and the Denali clan followed her to the forest. Before Lily could make it in any deeper, her knee bent, that was when she collapsed. Carlisle tried to get closer to her, but her back broke this time, and he rushed towards her, to comfort her. No one knew that this was the fate that a Child of the Moon had to endure to shift.

"Carlisle, get away from me!" yelled Lily. Though the words were coming out of Lily, her voice was much different than her normal voice. Just as she finished that, her head snapped up, and for the vampires to see, Lily had golden eyes.

"Carlisle, I love you, please get away from me, I don't want to hurt you or the children," Lily yelled

"Carlisle, I love you, please get away from me, I don't want to hurt you or the children," Lily yelled. She was crying form the pain, and the Cullens knew that if they were human, they would've cried for her.

Lily shifted into a wolf and looked at Carlisle, recognizing her mate instantly. She came up to him, as a wolf and cuddled with him, and ten seconds later, she ran deep into the forest. The children wanted to go after her, but Carlisle stopped them.

"Let her go, we will look for her in the morning," with that Edward and Bella left on their honeymoon, and all the children were worried for their mother.

-The Next Morning-

"Rosalie! Alice! Come outside, we need you!" yelled Emmett. In front of him was his mother, unconscious with the grass and leaves of the forest covering her body.

Carlisle ran to Emmett's voice and saw his mate lying on the ground. Quickly, he picked her up, and took her to the house, rushing to get her clean. Alice and Rosalie were with him and went they all reached the Cullen's home, Lily woke up.

"Carlisle?" questioned Lily in a soft voice. Carlisle's exterior broke, and he saw only his mate with softening eyes.

"My love, you are too weak to move, let Alice and Rosalie clean you up," Carlisle told Lily, as he gave his mate to Rosalie, against The Lord's wishes. The Lord wanted to hold Lily and take away all of her pain, but Carlisle was logical and waited for his mate.

Thirty minutes later, all the Cullen children, excluding Edward and Bella, were in the living room. Lily came out looking ready, and she sat down next to Carlisle.

"Let me explain, now, in full detail what I am, and what I can do," spoke up Lily.
