Dieciocho

Third POV

"So beautiful," spoke Edward.

"We're the same temperature now," continued Edward. Suddenly, Bella pulled Edward into a hug. Almost immediately, Edward winced at the pressure that Bella was putting as she hugged him.

"Hey, Bella, you're a lot stronger than I am right now. It's your turn not to break me," he spoke. Edward had love in his eyes as he was staring at Bella. He could finally truly be himself in front of her, without holding himself back. Edward was also happy that he would get his mom back into his life. These last few days had been hell without his mom, and it was taking a toll on Carlisle. Even though he tried to be happy in front of his family, he was sad that he couldn't see his mate. All of the children were hoping that their mom would come back, and bring the light back into their father's eyes.

"I love you," spoke up Bella.

"I love you," replied Edward.

"Renesmee?" questioned Bella.

"She's incredible," replied Edward. As Bella thought of her daughter, she was worried if her daughter would be able to recognize her mother. On the contrary, Edward thought of his daughter as an angel. She was perfect, and Edward would always hate himself for ever thinking such awful things about his child.

"Where is she? I have to see her," spoke Bella.

"Wait. Wait," stopped Edward.

"You need to get your thirst under control. Yeah, you'll need to hunt," finished Edward. That was when both Bella and Edward left the house.

Once Edward and Bella had left the house, the rest of the Cullen children had devised a plan for Lily and Carlisle to be back to normal. Now the Bella was awake, Lily had no grudge over the children and more importantly Carlisle. The kids wanted their father to be happy again smiling, not to be depressed and moody and only staying in his office. Him diving himself in any possible work that he could do for the hospital.

While Lily had decided to stay in her room the entire time that she was ignoring them. She had lost all contact with her entire family, even though they were right across the hall. Lily's room was soundproof, so no one could hear what was actually going on inside. That was why Lily loved her room, no one could disturb her, no one could hear her, and she could have the privacy that she wanted.

The plan that everyone came up with was that the children would go first and apologize to Lily. The kids wanted their forgiveness to get out of the way so that Lily and Carlisle would have more time to talk about the issues that they have. For example, Lily thinking that her boyfriend doesn't trust her. The kids were all standing outside on Lily's door, and Rosalie decides to knock.

" Hey mom, can we come in?" Spoke Rosalie. Lily made no indication of letting them come in, but they decide to come in any way.

"Mom, Bella is finally awake please forgive us for what we found. It was not our intention to do that, but we did it anyway and we are so sorry and we have been through hell right now," spoke Alice. If the children could cry, they would but they only had been I'm close with her eyes right now. Lily's heart was touched at the moment, she didn't want to truly hurt her family, but she selfishly did. At that moment, Lily realized that she's a mother to these children, and a mother does not treat her children this way.

"Kids, I forgive you. But I beg of you forgive me for acting so selfishly when I should've been taken care of you all as we were going through this tough and tragic time. Please forgive me for the mistake that I've made," cried Lily. All the children decided to hug, comforting their mother as she was wallowing in self-hatred. That was their way of showing Lily that they forgave her, and Lily understood the message. Happier than ever at the moment, she wants to take at this moment for as long as she could.

"Mom, please forgive Carlisle as well, he hasn't been out of his room these last couple days. He only comes out to check on Bella, and it isn't healthy. We want our family back, please forgive him," spoke Jasper. Lily agreed with her children and decided to fix the last part of the family that she had broken three days ago.
