Lily's POV

I slowly open my eyes, as I felt light coming onto my face. It took me a minute to realize where I was, in Carlisle's office. I was laying on his couch and when I turned around he was awake and staring at me. We decided silently to just gaze into each other's eyes. The moment was pure bliss, and it brought a smile to both our faces.

"Good morning," I spoke up. Carlisle smiled at me and leaned forward to kiss me.

It feels as though all of this is a dream, I never want to wake up from. We kept kissing, and I realize that we have to get out of bed at one point. I decided to get up, and Carlisle immediately grabbed my arm and pulled me back to the couch.

" come on my love, let's just stay here for the whole day," spoke Carlisle.

" you know we can't do that, we still have a family to watch over my love something which I don't take lightly. Besides after all of last night, let me spend some time with my children please," I replied. The fact that I spoke, the Cullen's as my children, immediately brought a smile to Carlisle's face. I could see how happy he was that all of us had bonded properly and that I was able to help out as much as I possibly could.

"Can't we just not do that my love? " questioned Carlisle. I think that he knew that he would never win this argument, but he had some kind of hope.

" no, plus I want to go talk to my future niece or nephew," I spoke back to him, as I gave him a kiss before I got off the couch. I could hear him growling behind at me, making me giggle as I walked back to my room. As I was showering, Carlisle came in and wrapped his arms around my waist.

" can I join?" Questioned Carlisle.

"I know exactly what you're doing Mr.," I spoke back with sass in my voice.

" Oh! Then what am I doing my love," laughed Carlisle. I left with him and I gave him a deep kiss. I did want to stay here, and he was convincing me pretty well. But, the thought of Bella and the rest of my children gave me the urge to step away from him.

" I love you Carlisle, but we really do have to go see our children," I replied. Both of us washed ourselves down and got ready together. We gave each other kisses as we were getting ready, and eventually, we were ready.

As both of us walked downstairs, I could hear the voices of my children speaking to each other. I quietly giggle to myself, the fact that I love my children so much, and I always bring a smile to my face. Carlisle looks towards me with a smile of adoration on his face, and I think I gave him the exact same goofy smile.

"Well, well, look who's out of bed. Or couch should I say? You guys are done already? I would've thought my dad would've lasted longer," Spoke up Emmett. Everyone was snickering quietly to themselves. Both of us were looking away from them, hiding our faces in embarrassment that we had been caught. About a second later, everyone started full out laughing at both of us. I was blushing badly, and I think that if Carlisle wasn't a vampire, he would be blushing as well.
