Chapter 23 The twins birthday and the hospital

☆Jenna's POV☆

I'm fucking done with all of this! I ran down the stairs as fast as I could and looked at Joey.There was blood everywhere.I called an ambulance.I couldn't cry.I don't understand why but I just looked at Joey."Shane!"I yelled and ran upstairs."So what if he dies?Then what are you going to do?"He asked."What the fuck happened to you? I'm sorry that I fell in love with Joey.That's just the way it is and you think about that in jail."I said and brought him downstairs.The ambulance is here and I told them what happened.I didn't ride in the ambulance."Fuck you Shane."I said and left.

☆Ava's POV☆

Mom texted me.

M:Hey going to the hospital.Dad.

A:K.

"Hey!Come down here psychopaths!"I yelled and they came downstairs."Why do you call us that?"Courtney asked."Because I want to.Now come on we need to get and my car to the hospital.I'll explain more in the car."I said.We got in my car and I didn't have a car seat for Addy.God dammit!I held her during the car ride."Hey do you remember what tomorrow is?"Lily asked."Monday?"I asked.Well it's the 21st of September."Oh!Your birthday!"I said."Our birthday."They corrected."Oh just shut up."I said.I found a parking space and we all got out.We went inside and I asked what the room was and we went to dad's room.Now let me clear something up.We're all home schooled when we go to middle school because we'll be asked for all that shit.So we are all home schooled well except for Addy of course."Hey daddy."I said quietly standing next to him holding his hand."He may not wake up."Mom said.The thing I loved about dad the most is his eyes.I'm only one who has eyes like his."I'm sorry Lily and Courtney that your birthday is going to be like this."Mom said to them.

*Next Day Courtney's POV*

I put on my best dress and some heels.I am 14.Lily walked in."Well you're dressed up."She said."Well you know Louis?The boy from Britain?Well um...I kinda like him."I said."And he's coming to the party?"Lily asked excitedly."Yep!"I said."Do you think he likes you?"Lily asked."I don't know!Maybe!"I said while I fixed my hair."Lil!Court!One of your friends is here!"Ava yelled.She was running the party since mom was with dad."Ok!We're coming down!"Lily yelled back and we went downstairs.Jane looked at us."Well you two look completely different."She said."Haha I know."I said."Lets go to the backyard that's where the party is!"Lily said.Hunter was the DJ.I thought it was hilarious when he asked.We went to the backyard."Hey Hunter play mom's music!"I said.

*An hour later*

Louis came a couple minutes ago and we've been talking.We laughed and danced until he kissed me.We pulled apart and laughed a little."So we're dating?"He asked."Well I guess."I said.The party ended an hour later and it was 10.I fell onto my bed smiling."So i'm guessing he kissed you?"Lily asked."Yes!"I said.

*Ava's POV*

Courtney has a boyfriend!I never had a boyfriend before.Sad but true story.I laid in bed crying.I had a friend in fifth grade but she decided to become a popular.Since then i've never had a friend or boyfriend.Ryder doesn't count.Dad is my only friend.He can't die.Not now.I stood up went downstairs and told Emma she was in charge and got in my car.I got to the hospital.I walked up to dad's room."Mom please go home.I'll watch dad."I said."Alright Ava."She said and left."Ok daddy.Please wake up.......please."I said crying a little.He woke up."Holy shit."I said."Daddy!"I said and hugged him."Oh!Baby girl!"He said and hugged back.We let go."How was the twins birthday?"He asked."It went great and Court has a boyfriend."I said."Well then i'm going to be talking to her."He said.I laughed."I'm sure she'll be happy about that."I said."I know."He said."Daddy I love you."I said."I love you too baby girl.Here lay next to me.You look tired and I don't want you to get in a accident."He said and scooted over and I laid down and he wrapped an arm around me."Goodnight."He said."Night."I said and fell asleep.

*Next Morning*

I woke up and a nurse was in the room."Did your dad wake up last night."The nurse asked kindly."Yeah he woke up."I said and gave her a smile.She gave one back.She walked out of the room.Dad woke up an hour later."Morning."I said.He held me closer."Ava never fall in love with a boy who you know will break your heart."He said."Ok."I said.He kissed my forehead.At times he may not be the perfect dad but he's perfect to me.
