It was two days after Johnny and Mackenzie's date. Mackenzie was going to get pizza for her and Lauren's dinner, when she saw a girl sitting outside the restaurant crying.

"Hey, is everything alright?" Mackenzie asked walking over.

The girl lifted her head up from her knees. She had tears stained on her cheeks and it looked like she had been crying for a while.

"Annie?" Mackenzie said shocked sitting down beside her.
"Oh, I'm fine. Everything's fine." Annie said wiping her face.
"You don't look fine. C'mon what's wrong?" Mackenzie insisted she spill.
"Well you remember Carson?" Annie paused, giving Mackenzie time to nod her head 'yes', "Yea, he broke up with me. Something about we are better off as friends. He did it like it was nothing. And it was literally out of nowhere, I thought we were good." she admitted.

Mackenzie didn't really know what to say since they met once and weren't close but she decided to do what she hoped any decent girl would do.

"If that's how he feels you don't need him anyway. I'm sure you're an amazing person and you were an even better girlfriend." Mackenzie said to try and comfort her.

Mackenzie then got up and put out her hand for Annie to grab.

"What?" Annie asked.

"You can have one night to sulk and feel bad, but you aren't doing it alone."

Annie grabbed Mackenzie's hand and got up. The two walked into the pizza restaurant and got a large pie before heading back to Mackenzie's place.

They got back to her place and Mackenzie showed Annie around.

"So this is the living room, and the kitchen and the 'dining room'. Sorry it's not that big. Oh and this is the bathroom, and my room, guest bedroom, and-" Mackenzie said going around the house before being interrupted.

"Kenz! Did you get the piz-" Lauren screamed opening her door to see Mackenzie and someone she's never met in front of her room door, "Oh, you're here. Who's this?"
"Her name's Annie. She's a friend of Johnny's." Mackenzie answered the confused Lauren.

Annie, not really knowing what to do, smiled and waved.

"Oh hi. I'm Lauren. Orlando." Lauren said stepping out of her room to shake Annie's hand.
"Orlando? As in Johnny?" Annie asked, a bit confused, as she took Lauren's hand.
"No relation." Lauren said walking past the two and towards the kitchen.

The girls followed Lauren into the kitchen and started conversation to try and get Annie to soften up.
