Lauren's POV

(ITS ABOUT TIME HER CHARACTER GETS SOME RECOGNITION)

I was on my way to the train station so that I could get to rehearsals.

When I had finally arrived at the station, there were construction workers surrounding the entrance.

I turned to one of the workers, "Hey, whats going on?"

He stopped for a second to answer me, "Sorry, miss. Trains are off all week."

I sighed, "Since when?"

He pointed to a sign that was behind me that read:

"All trains are off due to technical difficulties. Will be back on Monday morning."

I looked backed to him and he spoke, "Sign's been up all week."

I thanked him and started to walk away, "Fuck." I mumbled to myself.

What am I supposed to do now? I thought for a second. I don't have taxi money, production doesn't start until next week. Who do I know that has a car? I could call Asher but he was already there, why make him come all the way over here. I would call Johnny, but I'm so not ready for the awkward small talk.

Who else has a car?

20 mins later..

His car pulled up and he got out, "Sorry I took a little long. When you called I was sleep."

"At 8:30?" I asked him disappointed.

He walked over to the passenger's side of the car and opened the door, "What are you doing?" I asked since it was so out of character for him.

"Chivalry isn't entirely dead, madam." He whispered motioning for me to get in.

"Ha. Mkay." I mumbled getting in.

As he was driving, I kept staring at him.. Mostly because anytime we were together, we weren't alone. Not since, we first met.

It started to rain. At first, it was drizzle. Then, it became harder.

Suddenly we were stuck in traffic, "This is great. Just great." I moaned.

He turned to face me, "How about we make the best of this and play a little game?" He proposed.

"What kind of game?" I asked, doing the same.

"Well we really don't talk that often and I've known you for like almost two years now. Don't you think that's kind of weird?"

"Maybe because we agreed that we shouldn't. Remember the last time we were alone?"

Flashback to the night they first met..

Mackenzie had a big party for her birthday. She took the liberty to introduce Lauren to Hayden, seeing as Hayden was her new friend and they hadn't met. She found Lauren in the library of the place the party was being held.

"This is Lauren. My sort of cousin. We're not really related, but I like to introduce her as my family, because she practically is and-" Mackenzie was babbling until she was interrupted.
