ALEXIS POV

I watched out side of the room as they tried to save her. By that time I was crying my eyes out I don't want to believe that this is real but it is. I closed my eyes and started to say a prayer fot my mom.

God please don't take her away from me. I have already lost one parent don't take the other one. Please please let her stay with me. Thank you god Amen.

I opened my eyes to se if it worked but it didn't they still are trying to save her. Then they stopped she wasn't moving she is just laying there looking lifeless.  One of the doctors came out of the room and looked at me with sad eyes.

I'm so sorry but she has passed he said looking down. I broke all the way down I started crying really hard I dropped down to my knees.

WHY, WHY HER I started yelling.

Do you want to see her one last time he asked me. I nodded and he helped me up I went in the room saw her. I walked over to her and kissed her cheek one last time.

I love you say hi to my dad I said before walking out of the room. I would have stayed but it hurts to much.

Yes that's it you can take her now I said walking away fron him.

Ok we will be in touch with you he yelled to me. I didn't respond I just walked out of the hospital and back to my hotel room. I know it's dangerous for my to walk at this time of night but I don't give a damn. I feel empty inside I just want to die I lost my mom and it is eating me up inside. One I got to my room I laid down and cried myself to sleep.

ABEL POV

I haven't heard from Alexis all day I hope everything is ok. I'm worried that if her mom dies then she will do something stupid. I decided to call her and see what's up. She didn't answer the phone so I called again and she finally answered.

Hello she said in a sleepy voice.

Hi baby I'm sorry if I woke you. What's going on with your mom I asked.  Alexis didn't respond so im know something is wrong.

Baby talk to me I said.

Abel she died earlier she said in a shaky voice that let me know she was crying.

I'm so sorry baby I said.

She had breat cancer she said to me I could still hear the tears.

I'm sorry Alexis I will be down there as soon as I can baby girl.

I love you lexi I want you to get some sleep now ok.

Ok, I love you too she said before hanging up. I can only imagine how she feels right now I hope she will be ok.

THE NEXT DAY

ALEXIS POV

I am in bed waiting for Abel to get here I have cried a river I just can't stop. I hope he takes my mind off of this when he gets here. I got out of bed and took a shower I love feeling the warm water on my body. After my shower I was about to put on my clothes when I heard someone knocking on my door. I looked out the peep hole and saw it is Abel I opened the door and hugged him so tightly.

I missed you Abel I said still holding him.

I missed you too baby girl but I cant really breath.

Oh sorry I said letting him go and fixing the towel on my body.

Where are my kids I asked.

They are at my mom's he said.

Oh how is she.

She's good he said to me.

That's great I said trying to sound excited.

Alexis there is no need to pretend like every thing is ok. It's ok to be sad it's ok to cry I won't judge you he said while pulling me close to him.

That's just it I'm tired of crying, that's all I have been doing.

Now you get to do it with me baby girl he said before kissing my lips sweetly.
