Chapter 71

ALEXIS POV
NOVEMBER 6TH

It is November and I was supposed to go into labor yesterday. I'm tired of walking around with my stomach poking out. I can burly do anything my back hurts when I stand for a long time. She isn't low enough so my water hasn't broken. I'm in so much pain Abel has been here to help and support me. The doctor said that if she isn't here by 3 days they are going to have to break my water and I will have a c section. I haven't been sleeping well at all so I have been up all night. I looked down and saw Abel still sleeping peacefully.  I got out of bed and started walking to the bathroom when I felt a sharp pain in my back.

ABEL POV

I was sleeping when I heard a scream that automatically woke me up. I looked up and over at Lexi she is bent down with a hand on her back.

Lexi is everything ok I asked getting out of bed and walking over to her. She didn't say anything she just nodded her head no I can tell that she was crying.

Tell me what's wrong baby girl I said.

My back it hurts, I can't do this anymore she said while crying. I went closer to her and pulled her up and hugged her gently.

It hurts so fucking bad Abel she said crying even harder.

I know baby, I know I said rubbing her back. I hate seeing her in so much pain it hurts me so much to know I can't do anything to ease the pain.

Can you walk me to the bathroom she said in her sweet voice.

Yeah baby let's go I said letting go of her. We walked slowly and when we got to the bathroom door I let her go in and I waited till she got down outside the door. A few minutes later she came out and we went back to bed. I held her in my arms and rubbed her back till she fell asleep and soon after I did to.

ALEXIS POV

I woke up without Abel next to me I sat up and looked at the time on my phone.

2pm damn I said out loud while trying to get out of bed. I went in the bathroom and took a quick shower and brushed my teeth. I put on a white long sleeve shirt and black sweat pants. I went back in my room and sat on my bed then my phone started ringing it is Abel.

Hello I said.

Hey baby girl did I wake you.

No I just got out the shower.

Oh welk I'm at the store did you want something.

Yes I want some pickles and oreo's please.

I got you lexi and are you feeling better.

Yeah a little bit.

Alright I will see you when I get home I love you.

Ok and I love you too.

We both hung up and I went to go see Adrien.

Mommy he said pointing at me.

Yes baby I said picking him put his crib and putting him down so he could walk.

We walked down the steps and into the kitchen. I made him some ravioli and I gave him a little bit of grape juice.

Lexi I'm home Abel said walking in the front door.

In the kitchen I kinda yelled. He put the bags down and kissed my cheek. I went in the bags to get my oreo's and pickles.

Thank you Abel I said.

Anything for my girl he said with a smile and I returned it back.

I wish she would hurry up and come out of me I said.

Yeah me to, she is a little diva like you. I guess she said she will come out when she get ready to.

Lol baby don't make me laugh it hurts I said poping a pickle in my mouth.

I bet that's nasty as fuck he said.

It's not to me, its one of my crazy cravings I said.

It's still look nasty he said making a face.

LATER THAT DAY.

I have been feeling worse than this morning so I think I will be going into labor soon. Asia came and got Adrien so if I do go in labor he wont be in the way. I have been having contractions $ I im just sitting waiting for my water to break.

ABEL IT HURTS I yelled at him.

I know just breathe baby girl.

I think it is time let's go to the hospital please I said in a begging tone.

We have to wait baby.

Huuuuh I'm tired of waiting I said breathing hard.

Ok baby you want to go are you sure about that because I don't want to go there and you start to feeling better.

It's happening tonight let's go I said.

Ok baby let me get me get your bag he said while helping me up. I started walking to the door then we got in the car and sped to the hospital.

AT THE HOSPITAL

As soon as we pulled up my water broke and the rushed me to the delivery room. I got changed into a pink gown and it was time to push. Dr.Campbell came in the room and told me I was to far along so I'm doing it all natural AGAIN.

Ok Alexis you did good the first time lets see if you can do it again Dr.Campbell said.

Yes I can do it I said while clutching on to Abel's hand.

Alright, 1.2.3 push she said. I started pushing with all my might at this point I just want to see my baby girl.

ABEL POV

I am watching her push and she is doing a great job just like before.

1.2.3 push the doctor said again and Alexis started doing exactly that.

I can see the head one more time Alexis she said then she started giving a big long push. The I saw her pull my little girl out.

Dad do you want to cut the cord.

Yeah I said then I cut the cord and she started crying. The took her away to clean her off. When they brung her back they put her in Lexi's arms.

I was right she looks just like you I said to Alexis.

I know right she said I new how bad she wanted that.
