The sky had become a light shade of blue ribbed with clouds and Mello yellows from the rising sun.

" Do you want me to take over? So you can rest" we were tailing behind Xander and we were now in open land. We were so tiny compared to out vast surrounding. The purple shadowing of the cliffs and forests in the distance looked incredible with a fresh cold layer of fog lingering in the air. " No not yet maybe in a while" he replied I felt him tense up then relax with the sound of his yawning.

I took in the landscape finding something different to gawp at. In the distance herds of animals could be seen loitering around.

Ahead of us It looked like spot lights dancing in the air as we came closer they grew and were held above the ground by poles that cast light on to the ground. Further in the distant were silhouettes of buildings scattered around I knew this wasn't the city they were the villages and small town sett ups.

It was unimaginable laying my eyes on these tall curved buildings. The towns were still and hummed quietly with the odd chirps from the tree tops. The city in the far distance at reached from far north to the south disappearing as my eyes could only see so far.

"Xavier? How long till we reach the city?"

"About half an hour, then another hour till we touch down in my hometown, why you okay?"

"I was just wondering. How come you lived with Xander from so young?"

"Just like you and Xander you could say I was an army brat. My farther was rios best friend he died during the second time sunarkia invade Celenia, around the time you were brought to base. My mother couldn't cope at the time so I came to live at base with rio."

" I see so is your mum better?" I asked. " Airia it has been twenty years what do you think" he chuckled. I kept quite after that and continued to admire the view.

Eventually the city could be seen in the distance and excitement swarmed in my veins. The huge towers glowed in the sunlight a raw white. It looked so regale. As we began to enter it the roads grew wide and accumulated a rush of air crafts and people it was beautiful. The streets were lined with celenian people in all sorts of attire ranging from differences in colours tailoring and lengths. There were transparent tubes that ran along the sides of buildings and above the roads. People walked through them mindlessly. There was bridges made from the white stone that crossed the lanes of the roads. The buildings held signs and even square glass that projected images on to them. The buildings had huge windows that allowed you to see what was inside. Some had clothing and others food some even showed people aimlessly minding about there life's.

I think it was more than I imagined. Seeing was defiantly believing. We slowed down as the crafts and people on them piled up. The city was pristine and hightech but it didn't loose it's natural beauty. The green vines wrapped around the side of buildings, celenian rural nature could be seen on every block. Trees were present on each side of the path. walk through vines draped down from the bridges. The windows held flowers in small trays and bowls that hung from sign post. The hustle of the streets was noisy and crowded. The towering buildings made me feel In closed and every turn was like being in a maze it would be so easy to get lost amongst the buildings.

A lot of people stopped to wave at Xander and Xavier I assumed this was because of the crest they wore as commanders. Every now and then we would hear the sound of the whistle and then catch eyes with people showing gratitude.

Filling through the city was an experience. People were kinder then I expected. Muttering hellos and good mornings to us as we passed by. Leaving the city was just as similar as entering it except the estates this side of the city were more bigger and had rows of houses rather then having a few dotted around there was less open spaces instead small bunches of trees and gated areas. The roads continued to stay busy even as we headed away. As we travels further I noticed a patten in the areas we passed. They would become open space with a few house here and then would return back to the rows of houses and gated areas it was peculiar and intriguing.
