Airia. Pov

I was more then exhausted, the last thing I wanted to do was go and eat dinner and be questioned about things I really didn't have a clue about. Everything was moving so quickly. I gazed out of the huge window in the centre of my room. It overlooked the temple walls I was in the middle of nowhere.

Well that's how it feels anyway.

The sky had turned a subtle pink and the air carried a lingering smell of scorched flowers. As much as it was fun meeting people it was draining. I was dreading dinner. I had been given a gold dress to wear which had become the first of my problems i didn't understand why in the world I was being made to wear a dresses for dinner. It was spectacular in comparasent to my usual attire. But I really wasn't in the mood for squeezing in to tightly fitted garments that revoked my breathing process.

Skipping meals would be an option if I wasn't so Hungary.

After talking to Roseanne Earlier I felt fearful of what ever was coming. I was having doubts about everything. These feelings were alien to me . I was suppose to be this anticipated leader and here I was now laying on the floor hoping everything would just stop for a few moments. I wasn't really ready for being told to do all these things. Yes I had trained and studied about Airviana it self. I had yet to witness what sort of people I would be up against all I know is hear say. You would think I would have been taught from the beginning since everyone seems to know my fate. You are the creator of your fate. The knock at my door shook me just as much as my thoughts.

"Airia? I'm heading down now are you ready?" Her voice was quite as it penetrated the door. I was nowhere near ready. I needed an excuse. " I will meet you down there I'm just fixing my hair."

" I can wait if you like? I'm in no rush."

I slipped in to the dress quickly and headed to let her in. She too was in a similar dress to mine. " I know, I know sucks right" she rolled her eyes before helping me fasten the dress up. We seemed to be the last ones in the hallway heading to the dining room there was some soothing sounds coming from the oak doors. If anything that brightened my sour mood slightly more then the smell of the food.People where taking seats at the long tables that stretched up the hall. " I suppose Roseanne will expect you to sit at the elders table" kyra sighed.

I didn't want to be rude but I did not want to eat dinner awkwardly amongst strangers whether they were friendly or not I believed food always tasted better if I was in good company of my friends. I wasn't exactly sure which category Xander fell into. I spotted him staining dreamily in our direction. Kyra pulled me towards his table before I could even comment on Roseanne's seating arrangements.

It was a odd sensation being in a room full of people who openly starred at you, it was nerve racking. I did my best to smile and laugh at the occasional joke.

I took the seat opposite kyra. Xander and Xavier were already seated to the left of her. A girl with beautiful dark hair sat next to me and two handsome guys who welcomed me with a smile.

I was glad no one made a deal out of my presence I hoped my novelty wore of during the day. " So I hear you are quite feisty?" The guy seated to the right if kyra smirked in my direction. It took me a few moments to place a name to his face but he was the brother to sula. Marley I recalled.

I snorted I could only imagine who he heard that from. Xander clearly not daring to meet my eyes.
" I will take that as a yes"

" Why are you so nosey?" Kyra asked him playfully. " I was just asking."
" People are always warey of a fiesty women" kyra spoke up. I agreed.

" I believe you, there's something about assertive women that men find threatening" I smirked.
" Assertive is another word for bitch" Xander added.
