Back in Hell, where Cell had been revived, his children had actually been revived before he was, they learned that the Z Fighters had gotten much stronger, so the Cell Jr group had decided to grow and train, eventually, they all fused(the same way namekians fuse to be exact) and trained to reach the Mastered Golden Form......eventually, they decided to challenge the twin brother of the boy who killed them.....but little did this new and improved Perfect Cell the 2nd, was still in WAYYYYY over his head.......
