Quinn Tangero One of the last remaining Tuffles, although he couldn't really care less that his race is nearly extinct, so he has nothing against saiyans, infact, he hired Garu to be his bodyguard(who he then befriended)He had a terrible childhood, not abuse really, but his Dad was a total asshole, dragging him along on dangerous adventures, eventually his father died from his own hubris on an adventure, with Quinn inheriting his entire fortune. He's cynical, petty, and a bit apathetic, but it makes sense due to the bullshit he dealt with as a kid. He's a mega genius, his only real friends are Garu, Zeo, Helios, and Samuel. He currently lives on Earth, in a large mansion/ship/HQ (Yes I made a character based off of Doc Venture from Venture Bros)
