For the longest i could remember, rain pouring the hardest today.
One of the little blue birdie i came across the other day chirping,
"The rain resembles you, whose arrival and departure are unforeseen"
These words laced inside my head, and i am truly skeptical to its meaning.

I thought to myself,
as i listened to endless amount of water hitting every surfaces,
simultaneously clanking and clinking,
and never ending thunderous sound accompanying,

for me rain resembles you in a way,
that dark gloomy weather approaches after dry days,
with heightened anticipation
and sky full of electric collisions.
But when you finally reach the destination,
it's a relief.

With every drops you let my earth breathe,
with patience you teach me to believe.

So maybe, if i may say in the humblest way,
"the rain resembles you, whose presence brings life, meaning, and love to my dry days."
