The Bruised Knuckle

Millie POV

Today is the first day after what happened with Jacob that I am going back to work I took a couple days off and told the duffers that I was sick. Finn and I haven't really talked that much after his call that night. My family decided that it was best I took a couple of days to think things over and rest.    

But now I'm back and better then ever and I'm so excited to see my friends that I miss so much.

I arrive on set from my uber and walk straight to the makeup department to say hi to Sarah. After a small conversation, I decided I better go to my trailer and get ready for a busy day of filming.

As each day go by we all know that the end is coming and to be honest I don't know if I'm ready for it. This show started my career and I have met my favorite people in the world from this one show and I didn't know if I'm ready to let that all go.

After arriving at Finn and mines trailer I see him sitting on our couch reading today's script with a bruised knuckle

I ran over to him and crouch down and in my concerned voice because my best friend has a bruised knuckle I asked

" Finn, why do you have a bruised knuckle?"

" Its nothing Millie I just hit it while working out." "Finn out of the many years I have known you I have never heard of you working out." " Well for the record I have been working out for the past 2 years so take that."

" Wow congrats, but why do you really have a bruised knuckle?" " Millie if I tell you then you won't be happy with me." " Finn you can tell me anything and you knew that."

" Ok, but if I tell you, you have to promise not to be mad at me." " Promise."

" I may or may not have punched Jacob in the face." I start laughing my head off as he puts down his head in shame. "Finn, why did you do that?" " he treated you awful and I can't let that happen your my best friend and I have to protect you." " but Finn you don't have to punch him in the face."

" Millie he dm me on Instagram and then he somehow showed up at my apartment and he punched me first I swear. So I just punched him back in self-defense." When Finn said that Jacob threated him I really wanted to find Jacob and kill him. No one messes with the man I love even if he doesn't know that I love him yet.

"what did he say, Finn?" And with that, he showed me his messages with Jacob

@jacobsatorius don't mess with my woman frog face! I'll find u and I will kill u if u even look at her. She is mine and only mine!

@finnwolfhardoffical Millie is not ur property or anyone else property. U can't tell me to do because I am my own person. If u threaten me or millie one more time I will have to get the police involved.

@jacobsatorius she is MY property and I will do whatever I want with my property. I'm not afraid of the cops they can't do anything because u have no evidence that I have ever done anchoring wrong

@finnwolfhardoffical leave millie alone she hasn't done anything to deserve this

@jacobsatorius im going to find u and I'm going to kill u

@jacobsatorius you'll just have to wait and see

When I was done reading I returned the phone to find and he wiped the many tears that had dropped onto my face

" Then 10 minutes later he came to my door and I answered thinking it was you. When I oped the door he punched me in the face it took me a second but I hit him and he went expecting it so he got scared and ran away."

I wrapped my arms around him and put my head in his neck and hugged him until he whispered in my ear," he will never touch a hair on your body ever again." We stayed like that for a few more seconds until we pulled apart.

We looked into each other's eyes and started to lean in. We got closer and closer until Gaten busted down the door, " mileven your turn in costume." With that, we separated eye contact and went back to our normal schedule.

I was so close to kissing Finn and not mike wheeler but Gaten had to ruin it. Remind me to punch and cuss Gaten out at a later date.
