The End of Something Big

Finn POV

After cleaning our trailer Caleb texted me telling me that they finished filming the last scene and that they were going to say their goodbyes. I told him that we were going to start heading over there.

I walk into the bedroom was Millie is doing one last check look through to make sure we have everything.

"Millie we have to go to the studio and say our goodbyes." She turns around and I can see tear marks running down her face. I walk over to her and engulf her in a hug.

"What's wrong Mills?" She looks up to me as I wipe a tear, " I'm going to miss the cast and the crew and I don't want you to go back to Canada and leave me. We just started dating and I don't want to lose you already."

I look into her beautiful brown eyes that show every galaxy. "Millie I know you are going to miss the cast and crew but we will see them again I promise." Her eyes get bigger, "Promise?" " Promise and I'm not planning on leaving Georgia for a few weeks. Tour starts in a month and the first show is in Atlanta, so why leave to come back when I could spend time with you." I lifted her chin and kissed her lips very softly to not break her perfect face.

We part ways and we make the deep eye contact we give each other and that the cast make fun of us for, "Now Mills we have to go to the studio or we won't get to say bye."

I lead the way with our hands locked until I opened the door then we release fingers.

General POV

Finn and Millie opened the big door to the studio to see the people that they have grown up with. The teens who were now adults who were drinking their feelings away. The adults who are still adults were talking with the crew. Then there were the kids who were now teens and very close to adults that were crying in the corner and you could hear their sobs from the door.

Millie ran into Noah and Sadie's arms crying into their necks. Finn walked very fast with a small limp to Caleb and Gaten and hugged them and shed one tear. Then after a few minutes, they switched. After their 5000 hugs, they all separated and got into their circle that they never really planned to happen but it always did.

They stood in that circle quietly just remembering this moment for the rest of their life. This was one moment that they did not want to forget, this was the end of the show that started their career and their friendships and they would be forever grateful for that.

Then in the middle of nowhere in their silence there was a high pitch scream of a microphone and then talking by the creator of the show. " Ok everyone we know that this is the final day of filming and we would like everyone to come together for a few words." Ross said with a few voice cracks in there. Everyone started to walk toward the center of the room.

Matt grabbed the microphone from his brother cleared his throat and then started to talk. " I want to say... we want to say thank you for Netflix for giving us a platform to tell our story. We would like to thank the crew for making our visions come to life and more that we didn't even know we needed. We also want to say thank you to Shawn Levy for showing us the ways and being our right-hand man. We can forget our amazing terrific cast. You guys brought our nerdy, telekinesis characters to life and helped us create storylines that we never even pictures for them. Thank you, everyone, if anyone wants to say any last words you can come to the mic."

Millie sprinted to the microphone screaming that she is next.

After catching her breath she started to speak, "How long did you two rehearse that?" Everyone laughed and the Duffers gave Millie a very kind middle finger.

"Ok let me get back to it. This show started my career I did do shows before this but this started my career that I know today. I met some of my favorite people in the world." She winked towards Finn but no one would know that besides Finn and her.

"I was taught by some of the world's best actors. I created a second family here. I'm going to miss you all but I will see you all in less than a year and hopefully in between. We all will work on other projects and possibly even bigger ones but this one will have a lasting impact on us all because people will still run up to us and call us nerds or in my case, I will always be in room 11 but I enjoy it 11 is a small number and easy to remember. And when we teach our children how to count and we pass 11 I hope you all think of my amazing face. Ok, I better go or I will cry more."

Everyone cried, laughed, and clapped it was a room of every emotion. Millie walked back to the kids but was stopped by Finn who whispered in her ear, " You want to teach your kids to count to 11?" She pulled away, "Of course if you help?" He laughed " Why wouldn't I" " Promise?" " I can 100% promise that one."

David walked up toward the microphone very slowly in his Hopper hat. " Ok everyone it's your police chief. I just want to say thanks for the hat and if anyone gets married I can get you married because if no one remembers I married that one couple before season 3." Then he walked out of the center of the room back towards Winona.

Everyone was too emotional to talk to but everyone from the cast ,crew ,and writers all came into one big hug that lasted forever but it was needed for the grieving that they were doing.

Once they all released they did a huge picture that will be posted by everyone in a matter of minutes. Then the Duffers grabbed the microphone and shouted: " That's a wrap on Stranger Things." And everyone clapped.
