Domino Effect

General POV

When a domino falls it causes another to fall which creates a cycle of falling until the last one falls. Then you build up the dominos again but then they fall again and again until you grow old and don't want to play dominos anymore. Sometimes life has a domino effect one thing happens good or bad and then other things follow it that you didn't expect. The littlest things can make one domino to fall.

Finn woke up promptly at 6 am looking around to see that he was in Millie's room holding her tight like a teddy bear. Last night was so amazing that he thought it was all a dream. Waking up felt amazing seeing Millie's cheek up against his chest. He smiled moving a piece of her hair that was extremely close to her eye.

Finn stayed there letting Millie sleep for as long as she needed. Finn looked deeply into Millie's features wishing he didn't have to leave on Monday for god knows how long. He started to play with the tip of her hair feeling it brush against his palm and fingertips.

Millie's eyes started to twitch and he arms and legs stretched around Finn engulfing him in a hug that made it seem like she was a cola bear and he was a tree. Finn smiled feeling her push up against him.

"Millie it's 8 o'clock you got to get up you are wake I can tell," Finn said moving more hair out of her face.

"I'm not awake," Millie said into his shoulder.

"That's funny I can feel you smiling meaning you are awake," Finn said smiling.

Millie sat up still facing Finn looking into his eyes, "You got me."

Finn started to laugh looking at Millie's bed head. Millie reached her hand up towards her hair feeling strands everywhere. She tried to move the pieces and make herself look presentable but Finn put his hand around hers pulling it away, "Baby you look amazing."

"Then why were you laughing?"

"I wasn't expecting it ok I didn't know that me playing with your hair would cause it to do that," Finn said pointing to a hump on her head.

"Ok, you can't talk your hair is crazy even before I play with it," Millie said pointing toward his bedhead.

"You are correct but it is also my brand the messy curly hair."

Millie grew tired to her hair feeling crazy so she got up and started getting ready for the day. Finn followed behind her and got himself ready for the day. While Finn was taking a shower Millie was putting her shoes and when her door knocked, "Come in."

The door opened and revealed a bedhead Ava with her teddy bear in hand that she had since she was a baby. Ava walked in and Millie picked her up sitting her on her lap, "Goodmorning Ava Bear did you just wake up?"

"Yeah, mummy woke me she said that she has to go to the store and you're in charge," Ava said resting her head on Millie's shoulder.

"Has she left yet?" Millie asked trying to see her little sister's face.

"No, she is making breakfast."

"Ok I'm going to go talk to her you can sleep on my bed until I get back then you have to get ready if I'm in charge," Millie said getting up and laying Ava down on her pillow.

Finn was still in the shower so Millie walked downstairs to the kitchen. Her mum was cooking breakfast humming a tune, "Good morning mum."

"Good morning sweetie did Ava tell you that I have to go to the store and you're in charge?" Kelly said putting some bacon on three plates.

"Yes. Are you staying for breakfast?" Millie asked sitting on the barstool that faces the aisle where her mother was preparing the plates.

"No, I'm going to go get something on the way to the store. Ok, I made you guys eggs, bacon, and toast there is orange juice in the fridge I got to go. I love you have fun and don't do anything crazy while I am gone." Kelly said grabbing her purse and keys.
