Glue ins: I personally do not like glue ins because they are mess and are a hassle to wash out of my hair, glue ins extensions is simply gluing the track to your hair with weave glue. These tend to last about two weeks maybe three if take care of. Glue ins tend to mean that you want that exact hairstyle for a long period of time because if you would want to change your style it will have to be worked around the already glued tracks.

Sew in: Sew ins are expensive and require a lot of care. Sew ins are usually long term and are high maintenance. I've never had one. Sew ins give a more natural look and do not show. It usually takes about 6-8 hours to install. DO NOT TAKE OUT BY YOURSELF. Your hair is guaranteed to fall out. Also one negative thing about Sew ins is that when your hair is braided it will tend to pull on your edges.

Clip ins: Clip ins are easy to install and easy to take out. I have never had them but I do plan on purchasing some for volume wise. Clip ins are best if you want to switch up your style, you can even clip them to make a high ponytail or a voluminous bun. You can even make your own (What I plan on doing.) I will let you know how it goes.
