Louisa's p.o.v

I watch as he gets coffee started, shaking my head I see what cereal there is.... there's fruit loops! I love me some fruit loops. Someone hands me a bowl, I look and see Donnie, I grab it and quietly thank him, then grab the milk. The cereal looks so good right now, I grab a spoon and go next to Phae and sit down, while eating the goodness of cereal. Leo finally walks in, not saying a thing, this is still all so weird, waking up to turtles, and my best friend being a tiger. The room is quiet as we're all eating, I'm just spacing out 'why did I actually get sent here? It's probably for a reason. But what reason is it?? Ughhh is it because I can make more of a difference here? I am not good at much stuff. Maybe I can learn...'

A hand touches my shoulder making me flinch, it's Leo "you okay?" Phae then says "you're cereal is getting soggy there." I look down at the bowl of half-eaten cereal, she's right, I finish it up quickly, drinking the milk on the way to the sink. Then I wash the bowl, and put it away, I mumble out "I need to think" and just walk out towards the dojo.

Leo's p.o.v

I don't know what she said, but she looks like she needs help "I got th-" Phae started off saying but I interrupt "no. I got this, I think I know what to do" she nods and sits back down, I go in the direction she walked off in. She's just sitting against the tree, spacing off, she didn't even notice me walk in here either. She hits her head against the tree and says out loud "why am I here?" I put my hand on her shoulder again. She jumps at my presence and says "geez!..... A little warning would be good next time."

We laugh at that, but I say "Louisa, I don't know how you got here, for all I know you could be from New Jersey. Just know that we don't mind that you're here... and you can stay for as long as you want too." She smiles hearing that "on the other point Leo, I don't even know if I get my own home. I'm lazy, stupid, and not to mention still a mental kid at heart, kinda like Mikey, but I have more common sense. No one would want that in a fourteen year old girl, they'd want one that can cook for herself. I can't even cook!" I grab her hand, and squeeze it a little "it's okay Louisa, I can't even cook.

I'm a year older than you too, and Mikey is the one who cooks for us!" We laugh again, she seems so calm right now. It's so amazing how she doesn't even care about us being turtles, or her best friend being a tiger. She kinda reminds me of Mikey growing up, it's just he never talked about him being dumb. She seems like the sister I never had.... she hugs me, I didn't hesitate to hug back "thanks for the talk Leo. You're the best" I smile and say "anytime sis..." she separated from the hug with a smirk.... oh no.

Louisa's p.o.v

I smirk and ask "did you call me 'sis'?" He looks down embarrassed "m-maybe.... you just remind me of Mikey." I laugh a little hearing that "to be honest, you seem like a older brother with some wisdom." He laughs a little too, then I lightly punch his shoulder "see ya later Leo, I'm gonna go make sure Phae isn't trying to kill Raph." He stands up saying "you might need some help, you may be able to get Phae to calm down. Raph is a whole other story" I nod and we go to see Mikey running from Raph and Phae. We exchange a look and chase after them "Phae whatever he did, it's not worth it!" I was struggling to keep up.

Leo grabbed my arm and makes sure I am at the same pace as him "Raph, don't kill Mikey!" Mikey is running out of room to run. Phae looks at Raph and gives him a signal, he did the same "that's not good..." Leo says going after Phae. I went after Raph, they cornered Mikey who was in an actual corner huddled into a ball, holding his head. He looks so vulnerable... a memory came flooding back into my head.

~flashback, p.e~

I was playing some weird type of dodgeball that the teacher said would be fun, I thought it was at first too. I was out, but I was trying to get back in, when the ball hit me straight on the nose, I tried not to let it get to me. Even though that hurt really bad, I was getting my head in the game.... when another one hit me right after. In the same exact spot, even though I just stood back by the wall, some idiot elbowed my nose. I broke down crying, huddled up in the corner for the rest of the class...

~flashback ended~

I gasp and look around, I'm still in the lair, Raph and Phae looking at me with sympathy, Leo looking at me with sadness in his eyes. Mikey slowly stood up and walk towards me, and hugs me, I wipe underneath my glasses; tears. Somehow just from seeing Mikey like that I started crying.... I blinked and seen the ball coming at me again. I scream just a little and get out of the hug, I don't need this right now "I-I'm fine... just need-" "Louisa it's okay. What even happened to ya anyways?" Raph asked wrapping an arm around my shoulders.

Donnie walks in seeing us "are you okay?!" He asks worriedly, I shake my head saying "I don't wanna talk about it. It's just a stupid thing that I have a fear of, it should just be gone by now, it's literally nothing." I walk over to the couch and hug my knees 'why did this have to come back??' I think to myself.

To be honest this is what happens whenever we play a sport with a ball involved, it's like the ball knows how to get to me, it's a stupid fear I know, but I hope I can serve you another chapter again soon!
