Tell Me Where Do We Go From This?

Chapter 6

We were left alone in the house. I hope everything works out at school.. I'm glad Calum's with me. I feel so much safer.

"So,what are we going to do today?" Calum asked

"I'm don't know... I don't feel like going out." I said quietly

"Oh come on! Cheer up! Let's just pretend nothing happened last night and that you had a good time." Calum said

"I can't, cause that's not what really happened." I said

Calum stared at me for a while. I don't want him to feel bad about because of me. Its not his fault.

Without any warning Calum took my hand and dragged me outside.

"Let's go." He said

"Where?" I asked

"Some place fun." He answered

He drove for about 3 hours... We were finally there. We were in...

"The beach, where all your problems are washed away by the cool, relaxing air and waves" Calum said with open arms

"Cal, I don't have clothes for swimming" i said

"Then we'll swim without any" He said laughing

He has the most adorable laugh ever. I shook my head slowly and laughed with him. He took his shirt off and threw it in the car.

"Well, What are you waiting for? Are you mesmerized by my 6 packed abs?" Calum said making silly poses

I fluttered my eyes and i saw him smirked again.

"I don't have clothes to swim and for your information, you got a body of a 5 year old." I said jokingly

He laughed.

"Just take your clothes off and just wear your underwear?" Calum said

"No! I can't. Not after what happened Last night." I answered

"Oh, I'm sorry.. Just wear your clothes then and I'll just buy you some clothes to wear." He said

"Okay then. RACE YOU TO THE WATER!" I run as fast as I could but Calum was faster.

"Ha! Beat ya! So what's my price?" He said

"A....." i begin

I walked closer to him.

"SPLASH IN THE WATER!"  I splashed him with water and he fell down. I laughed and helped him up.

"Oh, So that's what you want ey?" He lift me up and carried me further away from the beach. I tried getting off but he was strong. He finally put me down and we were deep in the water.

"I can't swim you know!" I said

"Well, if you don't swim, you'll drown." He said jokingly

"Let's stay this deep okay?" I said

"Okay"

After swimming, I was soaking wet. We went to a store to buy some clothes for me to wear and went back to the car.

"Well, get change already! You might get sick, its cold you know." Calum said

"Then turn around." I answered

"Fine." He said

Calum turned around as I took off my shirt.

"I can see your reflection in the window you know." He said

I froze.

"Don't worry I'll just cover my face."

It took me a while to start moving again. The image of Calum harassing me came to my mind. No, he can't do that. He's my best friend. I quickly changed my clothes.

"Done yet?"

"um... wait.. okay done!" I said

Calum turns around and looked at me.

"It took you 5 hours to put that on?" He chuckles.

"Ha-ha. I'm hungry. Let's go home" i said

Cal nodded his head and we headed home. I fell asleep in the car.

"Molly? Mollyyyyyy.." I hear Calum whispering.

"No.. I don't want to get up and besides I won't go to school yet." I said

"School? We just arrived in your house." He said

Oh, right. I remember now. I still refuse to get up because I'm that tired.

"You won't get up?" Calum said

Without any warning, Calum tickled me out of nowhere. That did the trick though. I got up in an instant.

"You up yet?"

I rubbed my eyes while yawning. I'm so tired from all that swimming earlier. I got out of the car.

"You know, you shouldn't have tickled me. I'll get you back you know."

"I'm not ticklish." Calum answered

"Mhm."

We went inside and mom wasn't there yet. Where could she be? I looked at my phone and found out mom texted me when I was sleeping.

From Mom:

Hey Molly! I assume you're with Calum. He's a nice guy so yes, have fun. I gotta get to work. Apparently, They need me there. I'm not sure when I'll get home but I think I'm gonna be home late. So can you please tell Calum to stay with you there til I get back?

I called Calum right away.

"Calum!"

"Yea?" Calum said

"Mom asked if you can stay here with me til she gets home?"

"When will she come home?" He asked

"She says its gonna be late." I answered

"Um, I don't know... Well, okay." He said

"Yay!" I hugged him.

I told him that I would make dinner but he insisted that he'll do it and I wouldn't let him do it so at the end, We decided to help each other cook.

"Okay class. My name's Calum, you can call me Chef Cal. I'm the best chef there is in this world so better listen to me carefully." Calum starts to play around

I shook my head while laughing. We finished making dinner and I decided I'll set the table while he sets the dish.

We watched a movie afterwards. I forgot the title but it was a girl who unexpectedly fell in love with a boy she hated.

Calum's POV:

We watched a movie after dinner. I looked at Molly and I saw her crying. Why was she crying though? i looked back at the movie and it was at the moment when they confessed their love for each other. Shouldn't that be Happy? I looked at her again and she had the most dreamy eyes ever. She had brown eyes and it was shining due to her tears. I put my hands over her shoulders and she laid her head on my chest. I played with her hair while we finished watching the movie. She had the softest hair ever. She had black with brown highlights in her hair.

The movie ended and credits came but she didn't moved.

"Molly? Mollyyy?" I said quietly

There was no answer. I turned her head and she was asleep. I fixed her hair because it was covering her face. I didn't realized she was beautiful. I decided to carry her to her room. When I placed her on her bed, She woke up

"Calum? Did the movie end already? What time is it? Is mom home yet?" She asks

"Yes the movie ended and your mom isn't home yet but don't worry I'll stay here til your mom gets home. Its already 11pm."i answered

"11? Aren't you tired? You should go to sleep too"

And that was her last words til she fell asleep again. I was tired but I don't want to go to sleep. I walked around her room. I saw her baby pictures and stuff. She was really cute and she had a brother. I wonder where her brother is. I was looking around and I saw a notebook that says Diary. Should I read it? Nah. That's private and that's wrong.

I was really really tired so I went back to the living room and laid down at the couch and apparently fell asleep.
