The bar was actually not that crowded, there about six or eight people other than us in there. I looked at Yosano who was always concerned about me and my well being, I had told her what had happened.
She stared into her glass as if deep in thought frowning. I was unsure of what else to say after telling her everything. I felt conflicted as I drank down some of the wine in my glass. I did what I did to protect Chuuya not hurt him. But I can also see why he would be angry. I did leave out of the blue without telling him anything. I kept hearing the words he said over and over again. 'I hate hurting woman, but then again, one hurt me. So I'll be glad to exterminate you!'
I was doubting this, I was the one who hurt him, and I just couldn't accept it. I want to find out who wanted me separated from Chuuya. "So, (Y/N), how was your run in with the Port Mafia, Akutagawa really thought you were a threat," Dazai asked.
I blinked at him, his question snapping me out of my thoughts. "I wasn't really expecting it, he called for backup, he must've thought I was a threat, I ended up surviving, which I was surprised, I bet if it was only a one on one fight I would've won."
"I would think so too, being able to heal yourself is really helpful, especially when you are one of the top 3 martial artists." Kunikida said as he patted my back. "Good job."
"Yeah, thanks I really do appreciate it, but I lost my knife while trying to fight them off," I mumbled.
"(Y/N), is it this knife?" Dazai handed to me in a handkerchief. "You should handle a gun too, just a knife isn't enough."
"I guess, why does it matter?" I mocked him.
"Rude, I was only kidding earlier when I was being sarcastic," Dazai grumbled.
"You do you, Mr suicidal maniac~" I purred as I took another sip of my alcohol, so bitter but yet satisfying to drink to.
"(Y/N), why don't you find a hookup tonight~?" Yosano asked.
"Cause, no, you're crazy." I laughed and turned away. "I already have enough on my mind, so please be aware of that."
"Yeah, don't worry, I'm just trying to cheer you up, you seem to need it," Yosano whispered. I lowered my eyes and drank again, asking for another refill. "Here she goes again." She mumbles. "Excuse us~ We have to go to the lady's room~!"
Yosano grabbed my wrist and lead me to a back room where she looked at me. "You know me so well, I didn't think you'd notice." I faked a laugh and placed my hand on my neck.
"So what happened today? You seem to always drink excessively whenever something went down." Yosano crossed her arms. "You know you can tell me."
"I hurt Chuuya." I broke down into tears as I sank to the ground. "He hates me, Yosano, he thinks I betrayed him and left him behind!" I sobbed clutching my hair. "I didn't want to, but I just had too. I was protecting everyone that I cared for, including him!!"
She grabbed my chin and looked at me. "He doesn't know that, (Y/N), listen..." I looked up at her. "You released your name to Akutagawa, there's no doubt that Chuuya isn't looking for you. Unless he truly doesn't care and leaves the topic alone at hand."
"But, Yosano, what if he doesn't care anymore?" I asked. "I've clearly broken him, he's grown harsh and cold... There's no way he'll forgive me after what I've done!"
"You're over exaggerating the topic." She said and sighed. "Learn to face your fears, this will stick to you if you don't (Y/N), don't learn the hard way." I take in her words letting them sink into my brain.
I used my ability really quickly and made myself look better and refreshed, I didn't even feel like I had a drop of alcohol that night. We both left from the back room, as I soon saw a crazy man going crazy and squirming around, as I saw Kunikida try to stop him. Dazai was drunk.
