“tyler!!”

the brunette kneels down and holds open his arms. the smaller boy hugs his older brother tightly with tears in his eyes. tyler is also crying after not seeing his baby brother around seven years. josh, laura and bill grin at the brothers. tyler doesn't even know what to say. “it's okay, jay. it-it’s okay.”

little jay sighs happily, burying his face in tyler’s neck. the boys pull away and tyler cups jay's cheeks. “you've grown so much.” tyler sobs, placing a kiss on jay's forehead.

jay nods with a smile. “tyler?” he asks. “yes?”

“um, w-where are we going to go next?”

“we're going to go get your other brother and sister, little guy. then we might head back to the hotel and chill there until we head back to ohio.”

jay hugs tyler again and tyler hugs back.

soon, they are off to the foster care. jay sits in the back of the rental van between josh and tyler. the five people in the car have a conversation until they arrive at the foster home. they all get out and tyler knocks on the door, breathing heavily. the door opens, revealing two ladies. “hi there, i-i-i'm tyler, and i’m looking for my siblings madison and zack joseph.”

“oh, of course, of course! right this way.”

tyler picks up jay and they all follow the women. into a room with about a dozen children they go. tyler looks around and he inhales. “madison, zack.” calls one of the ladies. the two look over and gasp. “t-tyler?!” zack cries. the brother and sister run over. tyler sets jay down and hugs both of them tightly, sobbing.

once they are done hugging, tyler introduces jay and the two happily hug their smallest brother.

“i’ve missed you guys.” tyler says as they all flood into the van. “we missed you too, tyler. so much.” madison replies.

before tyler knows it, josh's arms are wrapped around him beneath the hotel sheets, both of the boys knocked out.

the trip back to ohio is going very lovely.

the man in front of tyler's seat had his chair leaned back too far, the boy behind him kept kicking his feet and the women he sat next to spilled her drink on him.

tyler is pissed and he isn’t having a good day so far.

before he got on the plane, he had an argument with josh. madison and zack were arguing, and jay was crying because the little boy had to sit next to complete strangers.

blurryface is even more pissed than tyler.

but here tyler sits, anger bubbling up inside of him. at any moment he can explode. and he almost does after the women next to him blames him for the spilt drink. the brunette needs a break, an escape, so tyler just falls asleep again, drool oozing down his small mouth.
