Roger's P.O.V.
My head hurts so much. I can barely open my eyes. I can kind of hear Ben and Joe speak."You killed him!"
"I did not. I can still hear his heartbeat. Besides, it was an accident."
"What does that even supposed to mean?"
"Don't pretend like I didn't see you smirk when you went to my bathroom. I quickly walked back to living to see no one. And of course, I checked my room first. And there Roger was. My body told me to grab my baseball bat and lightly bonk him in the head. Like a surprise. Then, he'd be like, 'OMG! I'm so sorry for coming in your room.' I guess not. I hit him as hard as I could. What have I done?"

John's P.O.V.
I get a call from Joe."John, I know you're close to Roger, and, well, he's... unconscious," Joe says awkwardly.
"He's what?!?" I scream into the phone.
"He's being sent to the local hospital and we need you to get his parents, for you live the closest to him."
"Right away," I say before hanging up the phone.
"Dad! I'm going out! It's an emergency!" I call out before going outside. I run as fast as I can to Roger's house. I knock on the door as fast as I can.
"John?" Roger's mum says opening the door. "What's wrong?"
"Mrs. Taylor!" I shout to her. "Roger's in the local hospital! I don't know why, though."
I've never seen Roger's parents run faster than me in my whole entire life. Mr. Taylor calls, "Get in John! Let's go!"
We quickly drive to the hospital. Once we get there, I see Ben and Joe in the waiting room. They talk to Joe and Ben. It turns out Joe somehow "accidentally" hit Roger in the head with a baseball bat. Mrs. Taylor tells us that she hit Roger with a pan in the head a couple of days ago.
"Why would you hit him with a pan?" Ben asks.
"Well... um... you see... I thought he was an intruder," Roger's mom responds. "It's a long story."
A nurse walks into the waiting room and tells us that Roger is okay. The nurse says he may or may not lose some of his memory. He has a large bruise on his forehead, but, thankfully, he didn't crack his skull.
Roger's P.O.V.
I wake up in a hospital bed."What? What happened to me?"
The last thing I remember was I was in Joe's room doing... something. I kind of remember my friends and family, but two words are very loud in my head: car... and Brian. I know I liked cars from the day I was born, but... why would I associate Brian with that? Who's Brian anyway?
"Okay, Roger, try to remember what happened over the past couple of days," I tell myself. "I was... getting things for Cheryl... then someone, I can't remember who, put makeup on me... then I saw Cheryl cheat on me... then I went home and dressed up as a girl... then my mom hit me with a pan... then she told me I was transgender... yeah. That's what's I remember."
A nurse walks into my room to see if I'm okay. "Roger!" She says. "You're finally awake! I'll go get your parents."
My parents quickly go into my room. They look so happy to see me. "Roger! Thank god you're alive and well! Are you okay? Do you remember me?" My mum asks.
"I'm okay," I tell my mum. "I remember some things."
Joe, Ben, and John come into the room. Joe apologies to me for hitting me. I forgive him, for I have no idea why he hit me.
"It's fantastic that you're alive. Everyone's dying nowadays. It's like: another one gone, and another one gone."
"Another one bites the dust," John says. The nurse laughs and walks away to give us privacy. John pauses for a moment and takes out a notepad. He scribbles something down and puts it away.
"Can we get some privacy?" My mum asks everyone. "Even you?" She says pointing to my dad. They all walk away in the waiting room.
"Do you need to ask me anything about your past?" She asks me.
"Yes," I say. "Who's Brian?"
