Night Fall

The Plan

"That's a little creepy Travis" i said looking at him.

"Since when is it creepy to help a friend in need" yelled Travis in anger.

"Ugh! Can we please not argue?! I just wanna talk to you all about the plan" i said walking over and pulling the last piece of chair out of Grants back.

"OUCH" he shouted in pain.

"What plan?" he said on the edge of tears.

"Here let me fix you up and then ill tell you" i said leaving the room i shuffled threw my bag.

"Ah here it is" i said running back to the bathroom with a bandage in one hand and a spray in the other.

Claire lay on her bed in our room, i guess she was unhappy about Grant getting all the attention.

"Here Travis hold him" i said and Travis grabbed both of Grants arm, i sprayed the aid spray on his back.

"ahhhhhhhh" he screamed.

I then rapped the bandage around him and then handed him his shirt.

"Okay, now that that's out of the way, i can tell you the plan" i said leading Travis and Grant out to where Claire was lying.

She immediately sat up "I'm so sorry Grant but you were asking for it" she said with a small smile.

"its OK Claire i understand..i was being a jerk" he said smiling back Claire's smile had melted away into a look of shock.

"OK if i could have everyone's attention, i would like to explain why we are staying another night...well the other night i was awoken by a noise that seemed to be coming from the roof and can't help but stay and find out what it is, i can not rest again until i do, so i will go downstairs and rent the room out for tonight again. Meanwhile, we should go around town and explore the town, might as well enjoy being here any objections?" i finished my speech.

"Nope I'm in" said Grant making a long look at Claire who just looked away.

"Me too" said Travis.

"OK and Claire has already agreed so lets go" i said walking out the door Grant, Travis, and Claire following me out and down the stairs to the lady behind the counter.

"Yes we would like to rent the room's again please" i said with a side smile.

"I thought we couldn't afford it?" complained Grant.

"Well i did but i thought i should save it for something necessary like this and we are going to be going around town that does cost money you know" i said and then turned back to the lady and gave her the money she requested.
