Night Fall

The Discovery

"Its about time you two got up" yelled Claire from her bed and me on mine.

"Ugh, now get out of our room" i said.

Ya i know, its not like me to yell but i was furious and the last person i wanted to see was Travis. They just got up and left the door slamming behind them.

"Good job Stephine, i didn't know you were so aggressive" said Claire smiling for the first time since the incident.

"Ya well it's just that i cant stand to see Travis, after all that, I'm just glad you forgave me Claire, after all it was my fault" i said looking down.

"Hey, don't think like that Stephine i actually want to thank you even at the cost of your bf you kept my secret that's a true friend" said Claire with a side ways smile.

"Ya i just wish it hadn't been so pricey" i said.

Thinking of how moments ago Travis and me were in this bed his lips on mine and the fresh sent of cologne, what was i thinking he was being mean to me, but then again i was keeping a secret from him.

"Hey Stephine..." said Claire her voice dropped and her smile disappeared.

"Ya" i said looking up at her.

"Did i hear right that you don't have any parents" she said my blood ran cold and i looked away from her.

"Yes.... i don't even remember what they look like some times.. i begin to doubt that i ever had any" i said.

"Ouch" a noise on the other side of the door obviously ease dropping.

"I'll be right back" said Claire crunching her fist.

She swung open the boys door and shut it behind her.

"No no please Claire" i heard one of them cry out a huge bang and the sound of creaking and shredding.

She opened the door and i only got a glance of the boys room looked like a tornado hit it she slammed the door behind her.

"OK so are we gonna camp out on the roof tonight for the experiment" she said with a smile.

"Ya that's what i had in mind but i had no idea that we would all get into such a fight but it will have to work" i said starting to doubt my plane.

The clock read three AM.

"Oh my god i had no idea the time, we better hurry" i whispered in the dark.

"So whats the plan?" whispered Travis.

"Ugh, didn't i tell you were going up on the roof and were gonna wait to see if anything happens" i whispered.

"This is pointless, ugh, why do we have to do this" moaned Grant yep good old Grant is back.

"It wouldn't hurt to check it out" snapped Claire.

"Well isn't that good for you" yelled Grant.

"Keep it down you jerk! It's like three AM and your balling your head off" she said turning away from him.

"Are you trying to start something you ugly brat" he whispered.

"Who you calling ugly" yelled Claire.

I had to hold her back before she ripped up Grant but she broke free.

"Now i have you" she yelled.

I just ignored them and turned back to Travis.

"Um..." he was about to say something.

"You don't have to say anything Travis i know and I'm sorry" i said.

"OK then lets grab the two little devils and get up on that roof" he said with a smile.

I got up of the bed and grabbed Claire by the arm as Travis to Grant and we flung them out the window onto the ledge, they both crawled up the side of the building as Travis and me did after them at the top, we hid in the shadows as best we could and waited. "Clink clank" the noise i thought to myself "clink clank" then a figure appeared from the dark it was a boy around are age his black hair hung in front of his green eyes, he was tall and thin.
