Barry's POV

It was around eight which is 30 minutes until the party starts. We were adding finishing touches. I had hidden my Flash suit in the secret room just in case of emergency. Kaitlyn was upstairs decorating the hall. And the girls were begging me to let them taste test everything, including the cake it broke me to have to turn them down so I let the try the fruit and stuff just to make them happy. And then I went upstairs to check on Kaitlyn. " Hey, so is everything good with you, you've been acting a little weird since we found that note." I ask her noticing she's stressing a little. " I'm fine." she told me lying. " Kate, your doing that thing where you bite your lip, you can't lie to me." I tell her watching her bite her lip. " It's just that note the girls parents left for us, it's just, they left them for us they sacrificed them selves for them and then I find them and I'm worried one of them is gonna get hurt and I would have let there parents and them down." she tells me looking sad. " We will do everything in our power to protect them Kate don't worry, how's Frost doing in there?" I ask trying to cheer her up. " Fine, I also love the way you recreated it just to make her feel just as special." she said with a smile. " Glad to see a smile, and I hope I can keep it that way." I say. " Every hour every minute." she sang under her breath and causing both of us to laugh a little. We started to walk down the hall when Joe, Cisco, and everyone from all the teams started to come in. " This place is huge." Joe said amazed at how big the place was. " Yeah this is our old house." Violet said as her and Dawn started skipping in. " Hey Felicity do you want to see our room?" the girl said in unison grabbing her hand as Felicity turned around and smiled and then i saw a small giggle from Oliver. When does that happen with Oliver, answer whenever he's around Felicity. Then the other guest started coming in. I look at the crowd and its huge. And I'm very glad we had enough food. It looked like all of Central city came. I saw Captain Singh and greeted him in along with the help of Kaitlyn greeting the mayor in. I turn to see Kaitlyn just standing there in the middle of the walkway just staring at the door with a very angry face. I look at the door to see Iris just standing there. I walk over to Kaitlyn and then Iris walks over to us. " I need you guys help." she says. " With what, what could we possibly help you with?" Kaitlyn said very angry. And then I noticed her eyes started to flash. " Whoa calm down Kate, it's okay, remember you can't turn into Frost right now almost everyone in Central City is here." I whisper in her and she calms down. " What do you need?" I ask angry wondering why she would show up here after hurting Kaitlyn and me. How could she? It's like she's another person. That is not the Iris West that I know. " Could we go upstairs and talk?" she asks. "Sure" I say. " Umm... I kind of need to talk to you both, it's about what happened and what I found out." she said. You could see Kaitlyn role her eyes. It's kind of cute when shes mad and funny. We walked upstairs away from everyone and into one of the rooms. " So I need to apologize for the way I acted, I'm very sorry for what I've done, and i found out something." she said with an ashamed face. I could tell she was about to burst into tears. So this had to be something very bad. She was so upset that I believe her. I know Iris. This is the real Iris. " What is it?" I ask concerned. " Umm.....do you remember how at first Killer Frost was evil and then turned good, and how shes the split personality of Kaitlyn, right." she started. " Yeah, why?" Kaitlyn asked with an angry face still. " Well when I got my powers Tony kidnapped me and gave them to me without permission, and so he thought I'd help him until he noticed it wasn't me, it was my split personality helping him." she said as my face gained a shocked look. " How?, that's not possible." Kaitlyn said confused and a little ashamed of what she did to Iris. " So basically when Tony was giving me my powers at one point I got really unstable is what he said anyway, so he gave me a vaccine and it didn't go together with the stuff that gave me my power, he told me that my eyes would flash gold and then back to brown, that's part of the reason we were arguing in the cells that you guys keep us in, and so when I woke up after getting my powers I wasn't me, I was in a dark place in my head watching a woman named Hasani take control, I had to fight her to be in control, please help me." she told us as my face was still in shock and jaw was a little dropped. I turn to see Kaitlyn thinking. I know what shes thinking. Shes thinking should she forgive her or should she watch her suffer. She starts to walk up to her and she grabs her shoulder and say, " We're gonna help you." I was a little shocked. Okay, maybe a little more than a little. " Kaitlyn I'm so sorry for what I did to you." Iris said ashamed. " Its okay it wasn't you." Kaitlyn told her as she winced. " Whats wrong?" Iris asked. " When you two fought, a shard of the desk Kaitlyn knocked you into flew into her stomach and near her kidney." I said as Kaitlyn held where the shard went in. " Wait would that heal because of your cold powers?" Iris asked confused. " It should its just like it doesn't want to." Kaitlyn said still hold it. " Can I see it?" Iris asked worried. Then Kaitlyn pulled her shirt up just enough to see the stitches. Iris covered her mouth on how big the wound was. Kaitlyn pulled her shirt back down and looked at Iris shocked face. I know Iris is telling the truth. Shes not lying. As soon as I saw the face she made at Kaitlyn wound. There's no way that she is lying. " Come on let's not sit here and cry let's go enjoy the party." Kaitlyn said causing me to smile.
