My Life as a Demigod

Chapter 6- Swimming

After Annabeth and I get back from the mall I put my bathing suit on. It was a two piece bathing suit and it was blue tie dyed. Then I put on sweatpants and a t shirt on. I put on my flip flops. I head over to the pavilion where Percy and Annabeth were.Turns our it's called the mess hall. I go over to them. I say "I'm ready but first, dinner." Percy says "Okay. Also is it okay if Jason and Piper join in?" I say "Sure."

After dinner we head over to the docks. I run ahead. Once I'm at the docks I take off my sweatpants and t shirt and flip flops. I put my hair in a messy bun and I wait for Percy, Jason, and Piper. They get to the docks and take off their clothes so that they're only in bathing suits. We all jump in and start messing around in the water. We have a water fight. Piper and I against Percy and Jason. So far it was going pretty well for us but then Percy summoned a huge wave which caused me to go under water. I suddenly realized that I could breathe under water. I came up to the surface and I was in the middle of the lake. I swam really quickly back to Percy, Piper, and Jason. Once I'm back with them Percy asks me "Jess are you okay?" I say "Yeah I'm okay because I discovered that I can breathe underwater!"

After 1 hour of swimming we get out and go to the cabins. Percy and I enter his cabin. I get into my pajamas and I immediately dose off.
