Chapter 8- Lost and I'm sorry

By morning I imagined that Percy and his friends were looking for me. By lunchtime I hear the familiar voice of Percy and the voice of a girl I have never met. She has dark tanned skin and caramel coloured hair. She said "Percy I'm an expert at finding lost people. If I can track down my dog I can surely track down Jessica." Percy said "Hazel. You said you had a vision of where she was. She's not here. It's hopeless. She's lost." I think to myself "I really am a horrible person..." Just then Percy breaks down and starts crying. I climb down. I walk over to Percy. He looks up at me all teary eyed and he says "Oh Jessica! Thank gods! I thought I lost you forever!" I say "Percy. I'm safe at this camp. I would never leave." I was just scared because Annabeth yelled at you and then you yelled at me so I decided to run into the forest to clear my head. Percy and I hug for what seemed like forever. Hazel says "What a wonderful reunion." Then I fall asleep.
