My broken bad boy <3

Chapter 2

After that announcement we got right into reading. Romeo and Juliet has always seemed overrated, the two met and then that following night fall for each other and decide to get married. And no adult thought it would be a good idea to stop them like what?? I think the tragedy of it is that they were young and stupid and thought they knew what love was. 

*Skips to lunch*

"Thank god, finally." I mumble walking out of 4th period math. I cannot wait to get to lunch and see Elizabeth. 

"Oh my gawd, no way are you paired up with the hottest bad boy all throughout the school!" Elizabeth basically screams.

"SHH! But oh yes I am. but don't worry not for long, I'm going to talk to Mrs. Thailheimer about It first thing tomorrow." I whispered back to her now that everyone was staring.

"What?! No you aren't, you need a little adventure every now and then, and what if this could be a good thing?" Elizabeth now starts to whisper too.

"Yeah right, nothing good comes from Kaden Jones." I mumble under my breath. 

The rest of the day is a blur, just a whole lot of class expectations. 

Me and Elizabeth finally get home, Mom and Dad still aren't here soo we go out for pizza.

We pull up to the local pizza place just like 10 minutes away from my house. We had dinner and then went out shopping for the house. With neither of my parents being full time home it's become our responsibility to keep things in order. Honestly I'm so ready to get out of that house.. 

It's a bit later now, Elizabeth and I have made it home and even got a little cleaning done. But because our school is weird we had out first school day on a Friday. And because of this there is always a party or something, soo us having FOMO (fear of missing out) find out where the biggest party will be tonight and start getting ready. 

I curled my shorter red hair, threw on a blue vans crop top, a light grey jacket, a pair of bleached ripped jeans, and my blue checkered vans. You're going to see a pattern here with checkered vans, they're basically the love of my life. 

Elizabeth kept her hair down but changed into ripped jeans, and changed her shirt to a purple crop top. 

We had an hour or two to spare so we just finished cleaning the house.

We finally arrived at the biggest high school party. We got out of the car and walked up to the door, we didn't ring the doorbell just walked right on in like we saw other people doing. 

We saw so many people that we didn't see all summer! Morgan, Alex, Da'Marquis, Soph. It was weird to say the least. Most of us just quit talking and that left me and Elizabeth. 

At one point during the night Elizabeth found this kid Tyler, he was new and she fell fast let me say. However I loved the thought of them being together, they just sorta clicked. She ended up using him for a ride home because I guess he invited to take her home and grab food on the way so she gave me her keys so I could have a ride home. 

Just as I was about to leave I bumped straight into someone; Kaden Jones. Of course it'd be you, because why not. 

"I-i-i'm sorry." I try to say not sounding so flustered. 

"If you wanted me that bad you could've just said so in English" He says back with a wink and that bad boy smirk and walks away before I could say anything else.

So I finally made it outside without bumping back into Kaden and I see Collin. Oh my god Collin! Me and Collin were best friends, we talked 24/7, we were so mean to each other but knew neither one of us meant it.

"Collin!!" I yelled walking over to where he was standing alone

"Is that Veda?" Veda Summers?" he replied back in a mocking tone.

"Alive and in the flesh" I said back giggling and smacking his shoulder. 

We got caught up and spent hours talking and even got a picture. I offered him a ride home, it being almost 2 now. 

"Wow would've guessed you forgot where I lived." He said while chuckling.

"I hate you Collin, now get out of my car loser." I replied back smirking.

I left his house and finally made it home, Elizabeth was already passed out upstairs and mom and dad still weren't home so I did the same and just went to bed.
