Chapter 8 (BOOK 3)

This wasn't ok, if it meant that we had to fight- that meant that camila has to fight. If either of us went against Alexa, none of us would be able to beat her. It would only take someone equal to her powers of stronger. But at this point there is no way that I or any of the others can. Camila should the the last nixed but now she's not alone.

"Do you know what this fucking mean? My little sister has to fight that psycho crazy bitch! My sister just gave birth!"

"We know Alex but... camila might be able to help us"

"The point of this plan is to keep camila out of it so it can be a surprise, but maybe Megan is right... maybe camila can help us but... I don't want her to get hurt"

I knew that no one in the room wanted camila to get involved but we all knew that she might get herself involved if anyone of us come out injured. Especially if her family comes in mind. If she thinks that any of us are at risk, she would risk herself to save us all. Thought she might not like a few from my side but she still cares.

"If the mission goes off well then we don't need to tell camila anything, for now we should stick with Ethan's and see how far we get.. if we cross danger then camila might have to get involved but if she does we need a back up plan... I have a feeling that Alexa isn't stupid and might want to hit camilas weakest spot... Lena... so if things turn then someone will take Lena far away before Alexa gets the chance to touch her... the rest will have to fight" my brother said leaving everyone with wide mouths.

"We don't need a mix to fight her off we need a full on witch, they are close to being as powerful as a mix but there's our problem... we don't know any other witches"

"I know someone who can help us... she is very old though and can't move that much.... she has lived for a long time she was able to expand her aging to ten years... meaning that she would age every ten years so now she is very old, she knows a whole lot maybe more than camila but she isn't powerful enough to match a mix since she is only a witch, she can't make or do strong spells that camila or Alexa can but she knows every single one that has ever existed"

Megan said.

"Well where does she live?"

"It's as if she isn't ice but is... we have to summon her but only very special people can see her for example... as you can tell Ethan's eyes are red so he might have the highest chance of seeing her so you will speak but be very respectful or she might or might not kill you"

"Before we leave this room.. our conversations will not be spoken out of this house or this room, once we leave this room wash time we act like nothing happened in here, got it?"

Everyone left but only Megan stayed.

"What?" I asked sitting on top of a small table.

"I wanted to tell you this personally because everyone else would've be able to understand or might freak out... you guys have no idea what you're going up against... mixes are more powerful than I make it sound.. they would've even have to move a muscle just to kill someone, they can also block use from using our abilities on them... if you can read their mind they can creak a barrier with theirs and completely block you... all I'm saying is that if we do this alone just to try to keep camila out of this- we might not survive the first second.. your plan better work or we won't live until the next day"

"How do you know so much?"

"The truth is... I wasn't rapped by a gang or anything, I ran away while I had the chance"

"What? Run away from who? What? Where?"

"My own family.... I had to fight against a mix but years ago way before any of your were born... I'm older than you think, the Megan j was before was in the edge of becoming old my death was a way of escape from letting camila finding out the truth, my family had a huge feud with another but they were filled of mixes and one of them was someone i fell deeply in love with, he told me that he'd rather die than watch me die because he knew I had no chance of living against his family-i have to watch him die but he gave me someone no one in this earth or beyond our galaxy can"

"What was it?"

"To be reborn as much as possible until i decide to join him, I know a whole lot more about spirits and death than anyone- and maybe this life is my last reborn so if I don't make it... please if I don't I will ask you to give something to her because even though I lied to her I want her to forget me, I don't want her to live knowing that I lied and that I will no longer be along side with her"

"No! That's will not happen, camila loves you and she sees you as her sister... she almost killed her one brother for you! You can't do that to her"

"You are willing to do anything to be with the girl you love... it's time I do the same- it's been years and it's time, it's my time"

I didn't know what to say, I didn't know one hundred percent but I knew that camila loved Megan. She was very depressed when Megan first died. I don't think it's possible for camila to forget the one person she cares about the most. My words were stuck in my throat, all o was able to do was hug Megan tightly.

"I can't talk you out of this but think about the girl who has done so much for you.. even risk her life and safety for you..."

Alexa won't ruin camila or the people she cares about. I won't let her.
