Jeongguk wakes up gasping, his stomach burning and his limbs weak. His wolf sending him signals of distress.

He pushes himself up from his cot and tries to swallow but his throat is dry.

    "H-Hyung..." He gasps, falling to the ground when he tries to stand up. "H-Hyung."

Namjoon sits up in his cot alarmed. "Jeongguk?"

    "Hurts...Hyung." Jeongguk gasps out, curling up on the ground.

Namjoon scrambles from his cot. "Hobi! Hobi, get up!"

Hoseok gets up quickly. "What's wrong?"

"Hobi, how long has it been since we've been here?" The eldest asks as he places his hand on Jeongguk's forehead.

    "Like a couple days. What's the...oh shit." Hoseok says feeling Jeongguk's arm. "He's burning up."

Hoseok pulls away, backing away from them. "W-What do I do?"

    "Stay here with him while I go get one of the she-wolves. I'll tell her to bring a med-kit." Namjoon says as he stands.

Hoseok nods and kneels down next to Jeongguk.

Namjoon rushes out of the room leaving the two.

Hoseok lifts Jeongguk from the ground and puts him back on his cot without his blanket or pillow.

When he goes to pull away Jeongguk's hand grabs his wrist tightly, his claws are out and his eyes glow red when he looks up at Hoseok.

    "H-Help me, Hyung. P-Please, it hurts." The younger says, his grip tightening.

    "It's okay, Kook. We're gonna help you. Just hold tight." Hoseok says, pulling his wrist away.

Jeongguk drops his arm, his body feeling too weak to move. "T-Tae...Taehyung."

    "Oh shit." The older says in realization, Jeongguk's mate was in the kingdom. If they didn't get him out soon Jeongguk's wolf might try to go to him.

Hurry up, Joon! He links, panicking.

I found Irene, we're coming. The other links back.

Jeongguk groans, chills racking his body as another wave of arousal washes over him.

    "It's okay, Kooks." Hoseok says, trying to soothe the boy.

Namjoon and Irene rush into the room a few moments later.

    "It's a rut I think." Namjoon says when Irene goes over to him. "We need to get him out of the kingdom."

    "No, if I give him a shot of wolfsbane he'll be fine. It's the earliest stages so he's weak right now." The girl says pulling out a vile and needle. "He's safer here, away from most of the omegas."

    "No, you don't understand. The Vampire Prince~" Hoseok starts only to be cut off by Namjoon elbowing him.

    "The Vampire Prince has a scent similar to an omega, you've smelled him right?" He asks, hoping she buys his reasoning.

    "Yeah, he doesn't smell all that great to me." Irene says, injecting the wolfsbane into Jeongguk's neck, immediately calming him down.

    "Well he would if you were going through something like this, now we have to get him away from the kingdom." Namjoon says urgently. "Please, help us."

Irene sighs. "Fine, I'll go let the guards know we have a situation, you guys get him ready to go."

    "Thank you." Hoseok says as she leaves to inform the guards.
