Toni's pov

I woke up as the sun was rising and look at my phone for the time 6:47am it read, I then looked over at Cheryl who was sleeping peacefully but had managed to roll closer to me, not by much but she had came off the sleeping Matt that was on the ground to try make it a little comfier. I giggled looking at her and just admired her as she lay looking so peaceful.
"Take a picture it'll last longer" she said not opening her eyes and grinning so I took my phone out and quickly snapped one to which we both giggled."how long have you been up she said and I looked at the time on my phone which now read 7:34am, was I really looking at her for that hole time I thought in disbelief
"Umm couple of minutes" I said trying not to sound creepy. "What something to eat?" I asked to which she responded with "it doesn't sound like no one else is up" "are you doubting my cooking skills" I say pretending to be offend which cause her to giggle "of course not topaz" she said with a hand to her chest pretending to be offend that I would even think she would doubt me "well come on the blossom let's go and al make you something" I say as I got up and extended a hand to help her up which she took.
"So what is chef topaz making me for breakfast?" She enquired "whatever you want" "how about some bacon and eggs?" She said "sounds good to me"
I say and start getting the things to make us breakfast.
"Here you are" I say handing her the play to which she took with a thankful smile. She took a bite and looked at me shocked "WOW, topaz you really aren't just a pretty face are you" To which we both giggled my face turning a little bit redder as my heart skipped a beat...or 3. "Glad you like it" i say poking her side making her jump and hold a plastic fork up to me "don't you dare topaz" or what I say as we giggled "hey guys" Archie said as he came out of his tent with a big grin "hey arch" Cheryl and I said in sync causing us to look at each other and burst out laughing while Archie sat down and took a piece of bacon off my plat still grinning at the both of us "so you to seem to be close" "yeah topaz is kinda funny, plus she makes amazing food so what's not to love about that" said Cheryl "yeah she's wife material" Archie says grinning as I turn a very bright and very noticeable red causing everyone to laugh.
As people started to come out for breakfast me and Cheryl got changed and sat in the tent for a minute texting or folks back home telling them that we were fine and having fun.
As me and Cheryl got back out it was 10am we still had 2 hour till the first activity so I decided on grabbing a soccer ball from the storage cabin and lightly tapping Cheryl on the head with it "wanna play?" I asked "with that?" She asked pointing to the ball in my hands "yeah" I said in an obviously tone of voice "I don't know how tho" she said and I laughed "I'll teach you, it's easy we can start with just passing it" I say as I found a space and dropped the ball "you ready?" "Nope"she said sceptical of the activity I smiled at her and passed the ball to her "right just kick it back" I said with a louder voice because of the distance well Cheryl took a run and kicked it way to hard for the small area we had " Jesus blossom you trying to kill me?" Is said with a laugh "sorry" she said kinda shyly to which I laughed and went to get the ball that she booted down a hill. When I got back up she was still looking a little embarrassed by the the action so I went up to her and said "I would not like to get in a fight with you because Jesus you have some power behind your kicks" causing her to laugh as she became relaxed again "wanna try again" I asked and she nodded.
It had been 2 hours and Cheryl was getting better. We were playing with Archie and Veronica who were on one tea and me and Cheryl on the other, with Archie's specialties lying with football not soccer he wasn't very good and me and Cheryl ended up winning 16 to 12 as one of the people who were hosting shouted for everyone to gather round for todays activity so I called the end of the match as Cheryl ran up and hugged me screaming and shouting and laughing in Archie and Veronica's faces cause she won causing us all to laugh cause she was probably the one who played the worst out all of us but I found it cute, I found all of it cute especially the fact that she was so competitive it just made me smile and laugh Archie and Veronica joking in on the laughter as she danced around "okay Cher we really need to go" I said as she ran up taking my hand in hers and skipping away to the small group formed in front of the adults he told us to get in pairs and take a map for the treasure hunt and the person to find there treasure first would win a prize. I looked at Cheryl and she looked at me and smiled "me and you blossom?" "Yeah sure topaz" she replied.
