Annie POV

I awoke to a knocking at the front door. I turned over hoping that either Reiner or Bertholdt would answer it.

The knocking continued. Groaning, I sit up and stretch my legs and arms hearing them crack releasing the stiffness.

I made my way downstairs wondering why someone would be knocking this early on a Saturday.

When I opened the door it surprised me that it was actually Reiner and Bertholdt knocking. They must have seen the surprised look on my face because Bertholdt said:" we forgot our keys".

I stepped back to let them in, following them to the kitchen with the groceries they bought. After everything was put away I went back to my room to lay down, I laid there in deep thought for a while.

About an hour later I heard a knock at my door, I let out a loud sigh and opened the door.

"bertholdt and I are going to the park, you wanna come with?" Reiner said, with an eager look on his face. I sighed again, running a hand through my hair. "sure. Why not"

I finished getting ready, wearing blue jeans, black converse and my white hoodie. I made sure to grab the book I'm currently reading, Attack on Titan. It's weird how all of the characters are the same as the people I know, a little too weird.

" are you coming or what" I heard Reiner yell from the bottom of the stairs. "yeah, coming". I quickly grabbed my skateboard and ran downstairs.

We got to the park and I immediately started heading for a tree, not knowing who was on the other side.

"Hey, Annie you sure you don't wanna join us?"

"Yeah, I'm sure. I'd rather read my book"

"ok. Whatever you say"

I sighed looking down at my book beginning to read. I've been reading for about half an hour now, I heard a voice behind me say " come on Mikasa you gotta join us it'll be fun"

"no Eren" I heard another voice say. I went to turn around to see who was talking, Reiner interrupted me by saying that they were going home and if I was coming with.

I stood up sighing and followed them back to the house.

Sorry, the chapter is a little short and the grammars bad. English isn't my strong suit, even though it's my first language. I'll try to post a new chapter every week😁
