*Michael's pov*

I woke up at 3:23am to a chaotic hospital room. People were everywhere and I couldn't understand what was going on. A loud bleeping was coming from one of the machines that was attached to y/n. And then I realised what was happening. Blood was spilling out of her chest and doctors were frantically trying to stop the bleed. Her already pale face was losing colour by the second. Y/n was dying. The doctors excepted the fact that there was nothing that they could do and they stepped away from the bed y/n was lying on. I ran up to her and cupped her face. Tears streamed from my eyes. "No!" I shouted, "y/n, you can't do this! You can't die! Please, y/n, please! I need you! Together we can get through this! Everything will be okay. Please. Please!" I lent down and kissed her lips. A slow, passionate kiss. The bleeping on the machine slowed down. "Time of death: 3:26am," I heard someone announce behind me. I hugged her body one last time. "I love you," I whispered, "I always will."
